The experience was great. The person at the desk was super friendly. Getting the vehicle was a piece of cake. Everything was quick and the vehicle worked great and was easy to drive. My two complaints would be that the navigation system was atrocious and wouldn't connect to my Android Auto even though it's an option, and the drop off procedure wasn't clear. However, I'd gladly rent from Budget again.

Acceptable. We didnt inspect the vehicle together and sign it off before leaving from pick up which was a bit of a worry. Car interior a little worn/tired but clean. No sixt branded car hire stickers/signage? I selected wrong airport for pick up. Additional charge was a bit high in my opinion but understandable

After dropping off the car with no concerns noted, Hertz claimed there was a minor chip/ scratch on front wheel. They sent a pic with their report. 1) this scratch was extremely minor 2) was not noted on return of the vehicle but apparently after the car was washed. Billed me £162.00 for this. Claim now submitted to alliance. Hertz also charged a £25.00 “preferred location fee - our pickup was at downtown Belfast location. Not sure how this is a preferred pickup location.
