Pros: Service was great. Very easy, and straightforward. Reliable vehicles that are in great shape
Cons: I didn't like how I would be charged an extra day if I were to be over 2 hours late to return the vehicle. This should be pro prated. I also didn't like that I chose to drive a Toyota Camry on the website, and then was told this was simply a suggestion, and not the actual vehicle I would be driving. I decided to upgrade for an additional 10$ to a full size Nissan Altima instead of driving a Kia Rio. Great experience overall. Will be using the service again. Car smelt like smoke inside, and a bit dirty.

Excellent!
Pros: I returned the vehicle at the Laperriere Ave location in Ottawa and was served by rep. Philippe Piche. His service was excellent. In fact, the entire team was friendly and helpful and the service was very personal. They seemed to actually care about all of the customers - unlike many rental agencies where they try to get you on your way but show no personal interest in you at all. It was a nice touch and was appreciated. Thank you!

Should have went with an economy car
Pros: The price was right and definitely worth renting a car then putting on mileage and future repairs on my car.
Cons: The car took a lot of gas for a compact car, and it wasn't very comfortable for long distances. The parking situation at the location is also terrible. There is just no where to park your car.
