Enterprises has been like a partner to me whenever I need a car and ride, they know how to keep a good customer, they know how to treat customers right, Karim and his team they are the most exceptional agents of enterprise in the whole country. Pros:Service was great. Very easy, and straightforward. Reliable vehicles that are in great shapeCons:I didn't like how I would be charged an extra day if I were to be over 2 hours late to return the vehicle. This should be pro prated. I also didn't like that I chose to drive a Toyota Camry on the website, and then was told this was simply a suggestion, and not the actual vehicle I would be driving. I decided to upgrade for an additional 10$ to a full size Nissan Altima instead of driving a Kia Rio. Great experience overall. Will be using the service again. Car smelt like smoke inside, and a bit dirty.Reviewed 18 Oct. 2016

Should have went with an economy carPros:The price was right and definitely worth renting a car then putting on mileage and future repairs on my car.Cons:The car took a lot of gas for a compact car, and it wasn't very comfortable for long distances. The parking situation at the location is also terrible. There is just no where to park your car.Reviewed 1 May 2016
