Con " we had booked with booking.com and had seen our room but we didn't get that one when checked in, even the bathroom was for a wheelchair. we asked in reception for a change showing our booking on the phone screen to the receptionist. The girl behind the desk was very kind and she changed our room with any problem. there was a trouser in the wardrove in the first room. we didn't have feet towel in the bathroom so after the shower we had to walk with wet feet. No one informed us about we had to use a cleaning label at the door to get the housekeeping service so our room was not done during our stay. Actually when we checked in no one informed us about anything just our room number. "
