Pros (+) Staff extremely receptive, accommodating, and friendly at all times. Pleasure to work with them. Great location, couple minute walk from zoo district. Free wifi. Very affordable.
Cons (-) Most rooms are not air conditioned, a major problem in the summer. 1st floor of guest rooms smells like tobacco (as do most floors) and floors stained, which exacerbated my allergies quite a bit. Exercise room is inadequate. Old hotel which is nice from historical perspective, but sorely needs a renovation.
