Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and public transport. The unique atmosphere and historic charm are frequently highlighted, along with positive remarks about the staff's helpfulness and friendliness. However, several guests mention issues with noise, especially from the cigar lounge and street, as well as occasional cleanliness concerns. Some rooms and facilities are described as dated or in need of renovation, and the presence of smoke or cigar odors is a recurring complaint. Despite these drawbacks, the overall impression is positive, especially for those valuing tradition and ambiance.
