Pros: Very hospitable hostess made me feel very welcome. Oozing with peace, character and charm. The breakfast was excellent, homemade Jams, bread and croissants, fresh orange juice and generous pot of quality coffee all served with smiles. Thank you.

Cons: Difficult to find through industrial estates down dirt tracks, it may of just been the way out sat-nav took us, a little dark in the whole place and don’t expect TV in room. we didn’t have one in ours and air-con not very efficient thought it very overpriced

Pros: The rooms are clean, the toilet and the shower, there is plenty of hot water, the terrace is beautiful.

Cons: Sometimes it can be a bit noisy from the traffic in the street. The nearby parking lot is usually full.

Pros: The host is incredibly nice, welcoming, accomodating and courteous. I would definitely recommend this place if you are ok without air-conditioning

Pros: Lovely accommodation decorated with local charm as advertised. The property has a wonderful terrace and Marc is a very welcoming and kind host. I loved the blade ceiling fan with light in our room. Location is certainly one of property's top features as we arrived by the airport shuttle within 10 mins. They run always with every arrival and departure flight and costs only 1.60 euros each way per person. At the property and within 2 mins walk you can reach the local shops, restaurants,bakeries, bank, pharmacy, Bus stops and train stations are just around the corner to visit other areas as Beziers, Agdes, Marselian or even beyond to Montpellier which has a great old town. Across the road you can rent bikes at very good prices and reach the beach within 10 minutes of easy flat surface ride or just take the bus to go down to the beach although they don't run often. Don't miss out to taste the local sea food delicacies at Les Délices de Thau only 5 mins walk away from hotel. Their food is the world and their local dry muscat wine (that's right, dry muscat) comes second to none!

Cons: The staff doesn't speak English at all, even the basic words. I've tried to explain myself in 3 different languages and they're answering in French. Only the lady during the breakfast tried to explain herself politely. I've never seen a bathroom so small. Very basic breakfast

Cons: I stayed in one of their "apartments". This is about the dirtiest place I've ever been. Broken sink in the bathroom, mold everywhere around the shower, dark and smelly room. The entire interior looks like nobody had taken care since decades. What a dump!

Pros: The secure parking. And the lady owner was very kind. We got a very good recommendation for restaurant La Remise à Christian. We can highly suggest this restaurant. We could order drinks in the hotel and we were given snacks.

Cons: The toilet was not flushing well. The rooms are outdated. It needs refurbishment. The pool is not maintained over Winter which is a pity as it is a center feature.

Pros: This is our second stay at the Mucrina and delivered the same good experience as last year. It is clean, comfortable bed and good quality bedding and great pool. It is very good value for money and the fact it takes dogs a no extra charge is a real bonus.

Cons: No complaints... My view is that hotel is ‘proudly 2-star’ and if you want better facilities like air conditioning (rather than opening a window and/or turning on the fan) or room service then you should be looking elsewhere and be prepared to spend more!

Pros: We landed on this hotel after being let down by a previous apartment and stranded. They we’re brilliant! They catered for my 91 year old mother in law with a ground floor room and the rooms are all clean and spacious. The pool is great with a bar for drinks. The breakfast was good and plenty of it. The owners were always available when needed we thoroughly recommend this place.

Pros: Perfect for overnight stay on long drive from Spain to UK. Just off Motorway, host Marie very friendly, room pretty basic but I just needed a bed for the night. Room needs a bit of TLC, looking a bit tired around the edges but perfect for my needs.

Pros: Caravan accommodation - clean and lots of new equipment inside. Shop on site had all you'd need. Staff friendly and helpful. Walk to beach totally do-able. Pools and slides exactly as expected. Nearly enough sun beds! Entertainment every night... quiet by 11pm.

Cons: As we checked in there were no appointments for departure inspection on the day we were to check out.... deposit may get returned, at this point i don't know!

Pros: Brand new mobile home this season I think. Lots is space, comfortable and well equipped with much appreciated air conditioning! Great pool and slides. Not at all busy before 11am in height of season. Good facilities on site and safe to bike/ scoot around. Well organised kids club in both French and English.

Cons: I didn't like the check in machine, why do you have to use that when there are staff at the reception, is like fort Knox before you can enter the inside. Then the breakfast, that's only for the French people croissant and jam and you have to fill in a sheet in French the night before breakfast, and if you don't do that they give you the sheet in the morning. Anyway I will never stay in a ibis hotel in France ever again. Just give me proper food for breakfast, milk, ham cheese, egg, bread, bacon etc. One last thing if you have to fill in the "breakfast" sheet, make one in English to. By the way I'm Norwegian. Cons: Bathroom flooring was very stained and wi fi wasn’t very good, it kept cutting out. Shower cubicle was a corner one and was extremely small and a larger size person would have trouble fitting in it comfortably.

Cons: Bedroom and especially the bathroom was old, tired and in need of a renovation. Cleanliness of the bathroom was poor, it felt like one of these places where you need to keep your slippers on! Although it was a non smoking room the room had clearly been smoked in and not aired. At 6am we woke up by the sound of the laundry truck being loaded just underneath our bedroom - one wonders why this room would be rented unless the hotel was fully booked. The checking staff was professional but not friendly, checkout was better. We expected better value for money.

Pros: For the low rate we paid, we were surprised positively about this place. Ok room is very small and bathroom looks like a...wardrobe....but we were expecting it. There was no noise around, air con worked well, TV and WIFI as well. Breakfast for the low rate (around 7€) was good. And staff was cool.

Cons: As seen on photos, pool is just a "build up" one not very deep, and quite small to really swim around...but we were expecting it. Some bad smell in the morning coming from bathroom, but when temperature is hot ...this can happen not only in such small places.

Pros: We stayed in this hotel on our way back to Holland during the corona crisis because we did not like to stay in Spain any more. The staff was very kind and were extremely helpful. On our question if we could have dinner they phoned us to tell that the chef will make a nice dinner for us. When we leaved the hotel in the morning they gave us enough food for lunch because not everywhere the petrol stations sold things like bread. The location is very convenient close to the main road with lot of parking places. Good clean rooms.

Cons: I really can't explain the 3 stars and high price. This hotel is nothing more than a formule 1 hotel (very chip for a short stay) by the side of a motorway. The "swimming pool" is no more than 20 meters away from the motorway...

Pros: We use this hotel as a stop on a long trip and it was excellent, yummy food and breakfast and it was great to get a swim in the pool before we take off. loved it.

Pros: Great hotel for a stopover as just off the motorway, restaurant onsite with fabulous food - both dinner and breakfast - and having a pool is nice bonus. The rooms are comfortable, large comfy beds, air conditioning, good pillows etc. Staff were excellent. This is our third visit now and it's always such a lovely experience!

No luxus, but the value you get for the price is absolutely OK. Do not ask for a five star hotel for a camping price.

Cons: The wifi didn't work. The people occupying the room above mine didn't arrive until 23h30 and stood talking outside my door. I had to open the the door and shout to shut them and make them go away. Then for half an hour they walked around upstairs with shoes on, dragging cases and the chair around. The staff are nice - it's some of the guests who spoil the stay. Perhaps there could be a guard patrol and savage dog to apprehend noisy guests, and a soundproof room without lights or water could be designated to lock them in.

Cons: With all the respect, this location does not deserve to be qualified as hotel. It i's a simple container, a few square meters, without any ventilation. You feel like you're sleeping in a train car. I would never have imagined that someone could offer such "rooms" for accommodation. The price paid is very high, compared to what is offered to you. Pathetic. Absolutely unfriendly staff who take your money before they show you the room. I do not recommend this "hotel" to anyone. My grade is zero.
