The shower did not drain correctly so water buildup was nasty. The ice machine should be on both ends of the corridor. Room service for meals should be returned. Traveling from the parking garage to the guest suites should have mobile support. what a walk. The rewards program should provide point incentive by dollars spent at resort. Great stay overall.

Pros (+) The Monarch Chophouse was impeccable - food and service. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed.
Cons (-) The casino was crowded, had long lines (for guest services, rewards, walk-up food service), and we got transferred to several people on the two occasions we needed assistance. The 24/7 restaurant was overpriced and poor service for the prices.

Cons (-) The buffet was expensive and the food was not great, everything was cold except the pasta bar where they mix and heat it right in front of you.
