Cons (-) On first getting to hotel, no one offered any help with luggage and there were literally 4 employees just standing by valet and door. Check in was not any better. Pros (+) It was a decant place to stay nothing amazing nothing special. a perfect place if you only want to sleep in the hotel and nothing else.
Cons (-) The staff tried charging me for my whole stay the day i checked in even though my reservation through the website was fine in the end. Pros (+) The room was clean the location was great to transportation and food.
Cons (-) Staff was not friendly or helpful. The valet parking did a poor job of driving my car burnt the clutch very badly. They also didn't have my reservation and acted like it was more my problem then tried to be helpful even though I had the conformation and all the correct information.
