Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's exceptional service, friendly and attentive staff, and welcoming atmosphere. The pool was frequently mentioned as a highlight, being large and well-maintained. Many guests appreciated the spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, as well as the overall ambiance and lush gardens. However, some negative feedback focused on bathroom design and accessibility, with a few guests finding bathrooms inconvenient or lacking privacy. Despite this, the positive experiences with service, amenities, and atmosphere far outweighed the negatives.
