Pros (+) We had a room with a Jacuzzi and it was phenomenal! The tub is why we specifically chose the monte carlo because we know how great it is!
Cons (-) Ive stayed in better and worse places. The Monte Carlo is consistently clean, quiet, and relaxing with convenient locations.

Pros (+) The location of this hotel was ideal as it fitted in perfectly with my various appointments and schedules during my visit to Brampton.
Cons (-) The house keeping was not efficient as I had to call to request towels and wash cloth etc. Secondly the continental breakfast was horrible. It seems that this hotel has gotten rid of the hot breakfast. There had been an ‘overall decline of every category’ as I stayed at this location in the past. Sad! Had there been a change in management?

Pros (+) This was just a get away for my girlfriend and I. Nice location close to many amenities.
Cons (-) We forgot a ring in the room. We called and the individual we spoke with said the housekeeper had found it and that it would be at the front desk. When we returned a few hours later to retrieve the ring. The lady at the front counter was not aware of it. More could she find it. Cons (-) The room was not very clean. There was a item left from a previous guest that I had to retrieve for them. There was a long black hair laying across the face towels when we arrived. Pros (+) All you need for a good night\s sleep you will find here. Conveneeintly situated close to the airport. Varietry of restaurants and stores in the vicinity.
Cons (-) Breakfast choice is very limited. Nesafe for coffee isn't what I would call "coffee." Room smelled of stale smoke. Room was rather "tired" as well as the rest of the hotel
