Pros (+) The overall cleanliness of the room was good. The beds were comfortable.
Cons (-) There were ants coming out of the bathtub drain. There was a water leak through the wall. The a/c didn't work to well.

Pros (+) This is not the holiday inn express. It's the palace inn, which used to be the old holiday inn. We booked thinking we were going to stay at the holiday inn and we were turned away because kayak hadn't updated the hotel information.
Cons (-) the palace inn worked fine but was not what we thought we were paying for.
