Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing shops, restaurants, and public transport. The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness and professionalism, and many guests found the rooms to be clean, comfortable, and spacious. Breakfast was generally appreciated for its variety and quality. However, some guests noted noise issues from the street or tramway, outdated decor or facilities, and occasional unpleasant odors in rooms or bathrooms. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel was often considered good value for money and recommended for its prime location and welcoming atmosphere.
