gd service nice people at the reception.....everything perfect
no....everything ok.
room was very big ,location
The Breakfast was great, the staff very helpfull, rooms large.
Our bathroom was quite small, however our friends had a huge bathroom with a bath, so we were just unlucky for us. Television did not work properly but we did not complain so to be fair they may have been able to fix.
They upgraded me to a very nice room with a huge bed and bath.
The front desk staff acted like we were a bother.Hotel was not within walking distance of sightseeing.
Definitely the breakfast! Outstanding scrambled eggs.
The elevator is scary! And it's really cheap to set plastic glasses on the bed rather than in bathroom! Definitely not up to a 4 star rating!
Poor sound isolation of rooms
preparedness of the staff to solve all unexpected problems (i.e. concerning the belated payment from the agency) with the guest, rich breakfast offerings
breakdown of the internet application was not fixed, not even within a week; no attainable wider map of Brussels
Large room, quiet surroundings, closeness to tramstation.
Nothing
First room I was given (101) was cavernous with threadbare carpets and peeling wallpaper. The windows had no security locks (first floor). It felt dirty even if it wasn't. The second room (314) was nowhere near as good as the regular 2* I stay in, although the hotel was billed as 4*. The business centre appeared to comprise a computer which wasn't working. There was no room service. There was inadequate room information (no details of where the buffet breakfast was; the TV channels were out of date - BBC1 was supposed to be channel 131 but was instead channel 53). The remote control didn't work. It was difficult getting in & out of the shower since the door couldn't open fully because the toilet was too close. The regular price for the room was a staggering Euro 200 per night - although I had to pay Euro 400 per night because Brussels was so booked up. My regular 2* is Euro 90 per night. I met someone the following day who had stayed at the same hotel a while back and agreed it was very poor.
