The location is excellent. The problems are: lack of training of staff x cost. You might think that this is a Kempinski Hotel and you are safe, but unfortunately you are very wrong. SPA is mediocre in a city famous for its baths. Check-in was a joke. It was hard to believe I was at a Kempinski -- and I have been staying at Kempinski all year (e.g., Munich several times, Berlin, etc.).

Pros (+) Convenient to walk around, pretty near shopping district, lovely rooms, comfortable bed and generally well-equipped all around. The Es Bistro was also a highlight. Would definitely recommend!
