They didn't have my reservations. So priceline had to put me in another hotel after being on hold for an hour.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Well worth it for the money.
They did not put coffee envelopes in the rooms each day. We were there 3 days. They did have coffee/continental breakfast in Hotel office, but we would have liked to make out own, as we woke up after they cleared the continental breakfast.

First of all, we got a king bed when I specifically asked for 2 queen beds. The king bedroom smelled musty. We were given a room with 2 queen beds after requesting a different room. This new room smelled a lot nicer but it didn't have any lighting fixtures by either bed. So if you wanted to read while in bed you couldn't. Nowhere was there a clock to be found either. Then, there was only 1 washcloth for the 3 of us. We will not book here again.
The customer service was horrible. The lady at the front desk did not fully understand English. Ive stayed at this hotel numerous times and not once did they charge me a $150 incidental fee. It was never mentioned at all. I will not be returning here again. I found a Howard Johnson on the same street with a great breakfast, amazing customer service and huge, clean rooms!
Really spacious room, re-modeled so pretty new/nice. Free breakfast. Pretty cheap and close to Disneyland.
The towels were stained/dirty as well as the bed sheets and pillow cases. It seemed like they hadn't changed the sheets from whoever had used them previously. The shower pressure was so intense it hurt. The bathroom was pretty old - didn't seem to have been re-modeled like the rest of the room.
Staff was friendly and took good care of my needs!!!
