Very attentive staff, excellent food with many choices.
Room fixtures and fittings dated and worn. Very noisy guests returning to their rooms past midnight

I made the reservation to my mom and dad. It was my father's birthday and I gave him the stay as a gift. They had a great time. They told me many times how much they enjoyed the hotel, specially the staff that allowed him check out a bit later. I really appreciated that because my parents took the bus back home at 5pm. Quite a long time to wait at the bus station. Thanks for that!!!!
what I don't like is the payment process. I make the reservation through booking but because the reservation is for someone else, in this case my parents, I have to send copies of my credit card and also a signed document to the hotel allowing the charge. That's a bit annoying:(
