close to ski lift
meals inedible on the whole, hotel ran out of shampoo and choice of wine. exercise room contained 1 bike but broken.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent, although the child's menu was rather restricted. Hotel was clean and generally quiet. Plenty of parking available and the whole area felt very safe.
Swimming pool was very cold and the Jacuzzi only luke warm. Our room had no view and was rather dark. It was also very stuffy in our room due to a lack of air conditioning. There was no outside seating area.

Wonderful location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife had an excellent massage! We had a lovely dinner at "el Rustic". We will come back very soon.

Restaurant staff very friendly. Breakfast good, restaurant food good. Nice and relaxed atmosphere.
Recetionists were very "closed" and not very smiley.... The room too small as a family room especially with an extra bed. And the room was too dark, (window to a dark roof).
