Pros (+) Great location across the street from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. Comfortable one bedroom suites. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff are very friendly and efficient.
Cons (-) tiny swimming pool tiny fitness center $20 per day extra charge for parking, wifi etc.

Cons (-) Staff was totally focused on getting guests to follow rules about everything and not on how to make this the most enjoyable experience. No flexibility and felt like middle school... Despite the location, not sure I'd go back.
