Pros (+) The staff when I checked in was very friendly! The bed good job on upgrading them to more comfortable beds! And can't forget the waffles lol!
Cons (-) Did not have hot water and when I mentioned it upon check out all I got was "oh I'll have maintenance check it out"! Rooms could use some paint!

Cons (-) One of the staff members clearly went through our bags while we were out, luckily nothing of value was left. After requesting a non-smoking room we were given a smoking room anyways that smelled awful and had countless holes burnt through the carpet. The bathroom curtains were stained and dirty.

Cons (-) When I made the reservation it was for a handicap accessible room. When I showed up for check in at 1:30 AM I was told it was on the second floor with no elevator. They had a "handicap accessible" room I could get for an additional $20 per night. The scooter couldn't get into the room so I had to pick it up to get it in and out. The room was dirty. Cons (-) I didn't even stay, pulling in and parking my car and seeing residents staring off the second floor did not feel safe. I payed a cancellation to get out of there, there were cars that were broken down, flat tires etc. looked like a place people lived, did not feel safe

Pros (+) The staff was super friendly when checking in. Great location. Bare minimum sort of place but totally manageable!
Cons (-) To be honest, it wasn't that clean. It was cleaner when we left than when we arrived because I did it haha. But the other issue is that parking sucks and they run out of spots quickly.

Cons (-) The people running this hotel should seek a new line of work. The smell of the room was deeply disturbing. I think it must have been several years since it was last cleaned. Linens were torn, smelly and stained. Coffee at breakfast was tepid. Food was bad.

Cons (-) Behind the dressors, toilet, and bed had metal bars sticking out of it that caused us to injure ourselves. It was not a well taken care of room and wish I would have never stayed there.
