Cons (-) Booked my stay Saturday morning thru Kayak. Received an email with a confirmation number. Thought all was fine. Arrived around 10:00 pm only to be told that they didn't have my reservation, and they had been booked since that morning so didn't have a room for me. So had to search for somewhere else to stay.
