The room was very spacious and cozy !
The carpet in the living room was wet and the room smelled like wet carpet.
The location, was great. As well as the cleanliness.
Parking. One thing that the hotel does not tell you is that the parking building charges you two dollars an hour in which you would think that the parking is free concerting you have paid to say there. But we asked around and found out that the parking there is not linked with the hotel. They should try to work something out at who ever stays at the hotel shouldn’t have to pay or pay a minimum to park there
Great complimentary breakfast but I wish that was communicated that that was complimentary, it was not clear so we went out the first day. Comfortable bed, sheet and blackout curtains made for a great nights sleep.
The thermostat was hard to adjust, it was either to hot or too cold. Some staff were a lot more helpful and knowledgeable than others. Depends who you get. We had issues with trying to change the reservation and it took a couple calls to get someone that was able to explain to us.
