Summary of reviews
Guests say
Overall, guests were highly dissatisfied with this hotel, frequently citing poor cleanliness, unfriendly and unhelpful service, and issues with safety and parking. Many reviews mention dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and pest problems, while others describe rude staff and management, lack of security, and problems with car towing and unclear fees. A few positive remarks were made about some friendly housekeeping staff and the ability to cook in the rooms, but these were overshadowed by the numerous negative experiences. Value for price was also questioned due to hidden fees and deposits.AI-generated from customer reviews
