Room-controlled air conditioning, toiletries, guest robes and our comprehensive amenities ensure a pleasurable stay.This Queen Anne revival mansion was built by Lowe Bros. in 1903 for Mr. Parker Carvell, son of Lieutenant Governor Jedediah Slason Carvell. The family operated a flourishing produce business. A private residence until 1956, it was converted to an Inn in 1972. While extensive renovations have been done, we have taken care and sensitivity to maintain the propertys original charm and character. Staying true to the traditional charm, our rooms are only accessible by stairs except for the ground floor Annex rooms. PEI Tourism number 1200205
