Norwood Inn & Suites

Location and front desk staff were both great. River is beautiful.

Drops of blood on headboard and a pillowcase. Only put out one tray of hot food for breakfast and never refilled it either morning of stay. I just ate bagels both days which was fine, although no cream cheese second day. TV had maybe 10 channels.

Had to wait for front desk clerk waiting line to check in the air in room didn't work had to go get different one had to wait in line again no ice in ice machine really would of lived my money back

Had to wait 5 minutes for hotel staff so I can check in first room they put me in didn't have a number on the door no sign saying what the room was got in the room and it smelled horrible extremely put me in little at least it did not smell

The city of Chaska is beautiful. It is located near walking trails and parks.

cleanliness. It was supposed to be non-smoking but my room and the hallways smelled like stale smoke and old food.

Very loud neighbors and the construction going on. Had I known it was under construction I would have stayed elsewhere. Paint smell and dust does not work well for me but it's going to be really nice once completed. I had very loud neighbors as well

Cigarette burns in the sheets - had to call front desk and asked for them to be changed. Very dirty. Breakfast area was a mess. Do not recommend staying here.

The pool was nice and so was the hot tub, however we had to go ask for towels because all of the towels were piled up in the dirty bin. I also had to wait to check in while the hotel employee finished his smoke break outside the door. Place is horrible!

The photos online were definitely not the dated and terrible smelling room we were put in. Mini fridge and bathroom light did not work. The biscuits/gravy that were served were bad because 30 min after eating and leaving for our trip I was throwing up!
