Pros: I always appreciate the quick service and friendly staff.
Cons: I am always surprised that the quoted price and the actual price are different, but we always add the insurance to the max. It would be good if they would go over the final tally. Our rental includes the tolls in the cost and that adds into the final bill also, I would just like to know specifically.
