Cons: - تم اعطائي سيارة قديمة إضافة انها الشحن لا يعمل وهذا يعتبر ضروري لشحن الهاتف ونظام الملاحة . - المسجل والراديو لا يعمل ناهيك عن السيارة بها أصوات بسبب كثرة الحوادث التي بها وتم صيانتها بطريقة غير صحيحة الموظف الموجود بالاستقبال اخذ زيادة لمدة يوم واحد إضافي وكذلك تم احتساب زيادة في قيمة البترول وكذلك تم احتساب مبلغ للموقف عن كل يوم. علما بأن حجز عبر الموقع موضح به كل التفاصيل تاريخ و وقت استلام السيارة وتاريخ العودة ووقت استرجاع السيارة.

Cons: Employees failed to have any vehicles after the first vehicle wasn't acceptable bc of issues with the interior. Reserved another vehicle a larger model howeve they stated that they were unable to find my reservation and made life extremely complicated as I was already waiting an hour. They suggested I book a smaller vehicle as a walk in customer and pay a higher rate which I ended up doing to get out of there. When I asked for their names they failed to provide it and said log your complaint based on our location. Extremely bad service and I would rethink renting from them in the future because of how the employees made the entire experience a stressful one

Cons: They insisted to block USD 400 from my credit card for traffic violations (if any) before I even collect the car, and it won't come back to my account before 30 days.
