Pros:
Staff was friendly. Pick up location was convenient. Car was ready and clean and easy to drive.Cons:
At pick-up we were charged an extra 69 euro fees on top of the $72 in fees already paid. Adding up to about $150 to the base car rental fee for a 4 day rental. (Base rate was $120. We actually paid closer to $300 total) The break down apparently was a 40 euro fee to drop off at a different location. Plus some 21% tax that added up to 29 euro. The other $72 was a $18 “taxes and fees” per day. I found it to be deceptive pricing on Hertz’s part.2.0 Poor
