I rented through kayak and thought I was getting a caravan. When I picked it up they said they had no vans as they were all in the shop. I was given a huge gmc Yukon Denali Nice car but too big for this grandma to drive and park. I took it but returned it 3 days later for a ford escape which was small. They were Nice about the return but the inventory was too limited. Big or small car. Easy rent and return.

They are taking orders from your site they can't fulfill. Showed up Sunday and got a sign at the desk "can't honor any reservations made in last 24 hours" you are making bad faith agreements Kayak!
