Pros (+) Lived the attentive staff and the hotel grounds are small but well maintained. Family environment. Every need was accommodated my the staff. Free shuttle to airport.
Cons (-) A little far from town and roosters make alot of noise each morning, really early like 0430. No shops nearby but free bikes take care of that or just rent a scooter from Chiang Mia.
