The staff were excellent and the atmosphere was calm and relaxed. The hotel design was quite nice.

Location is in a nice hip Thai area, we were amazed. Interior and ambiance of the resort is very nice. Free upgrade.
Restaurant was not busy ( we were in low season). Music at pool to loud (solved). And once a snappy receptionist. And really the only flaws I can think of.

It was a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very relaxing, pool area lovely.
The furniture in the rooms were a little outdated, and the pillows were terrible, but the overall place was lovely

The hotel itself was stunning- so beautifully designed with every detail taken into careful consideration. The room was lovely- I particularly liked the bathroom! I used the spa facility which was excellent, a little pricey for Thailand standards, but it is a 4 star hotel! The pool was another great feature, again, beautifully designed to feel like a small lake in the middle of an exotic garden!
