Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the beach and local attractions, making it convenient for both leisure and events. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, such as old and poorly maintained rooms, unpleasant odors, and lack of thorough cleaning. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests appreciating helpful staff and others noting unresponsive or unfriendly service. Overall, while the location is a major strength, improvements in cleanliness and some aspects of service are needed.

Pros (+) They took so long to get all the guests checked in. Myself spent about an hr in a queue and they only had 2 staff for check-in. I booked villa and it was so far from anything, room looked so old with bad maintainence. Air conditioning looked old and not cold, found some lizard in the room. I asked to change and got superior room which looked safer.
Cons (-) Not enough staff for such a huge hotel. Cleanliness needs improving and they didn’t even give WiFi password to us, I had to call and ask for it.
