The staff are frequently described as friendly, welcoming, and professional, with several reviews highlighting the quality of service at the reception and from housekeeping. However, many guests express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms, mentioning issues such as dirty linens, unpleasant odors, and general lack of maintenance.
