Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing local attractions. Some reviews highlight the spaciousness and comfort of certain rooms, as well as friendly staff in a few cases. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. The breakfast service receives criticism for lack of variety, quality, and organization. Service quality varies, with some guests finding staff helpful and others encountering unprofessional or inattentive behavior. Overall, while the location and some room features are appreciated, improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast, and maintenance.
