PROS: Good breakfast.CONS: Shortly after booking this hotel, I called and asked them the best way to get from the Tel Aviv Airport to this hotel. They gave me the name of a shuttle company they said would take my wife and I from the airport to the hotel. After arriving at the airport, we waiting on the shuttle about an hour before it finally left. The shuttle driver told us he could take us to a different location in Jerusalem, then we could take a taxi the remainder of the distance to the hotel. In other words, the hotel people told us over the phone there is a shuttle that goes from the airport directly to the hotel. This was not accurate.
