Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff is extremely friendly and always try to upgrade me and my girlfriend when we stay a night. The lobby is very cozy and has lots of games and reading material, plus free drinks and snacks. The rooms are extremely trendy and modern, but also comfortable. When visitors come to Tel Aviv this is the first place I send them to stay!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Concierge service was nonpareil! During our week, they provided maps, guided tours, taxis, restaurant reservations -- and even patched up a member of our party who needed first-aid after a minor fall! The cappucino machine was available at all hours (with juice and pastries for breakfast), and an afternoon glass of Lambrusco in the comfortable lobby was most welcome.
Cons: No complaints at all! Highly recommended on every score!

Pros: Great staff. Super nice people. The hotel itself...meh..definitely definitely not five star, perhaps not even four. Tiny room and bed so small I could barely fit. Noise from hallway came into room. I'd say it's a good four star.
Cons: The bed was tiny, barely fit one person.

Excellent 9.4
Pros: Clean and fresh linens
Cons: Dinner was overpriced
Okay 4.0
Pros: breakfast was nice, beds comfortable. this is the only i would say. nothing to do with Crown Plaza that i have expected.
Cons: the hotel is in the middle of nowhere...i regret that i stayed in that hotel. in tel aviv there are very many nice beach hotels with wonderful view. here, even taxi drivers do not know how to get to that hotel...

Excellent 9.1
Pros: Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. Decor was funky, fun, and artsy.
Cons: Our room was a bit in need of a makeover. Everything worked and it was in good condition but it was a little worn. Other rooms sound like they were better though.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendliness of staff
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Not then ample room in the suite
Cons: clthes storage outside of bedroom
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were very friendly and check-in/out was very easy. The hotel and rooms are very unique and cool. The hotel is based around being art-friendly, and local artists have installations in the hotel lobby, hallways, and rooms. The roof has an amazing garden and is a great place to hang out. We had a great room with a little kitchenette and balcony overlooking a very cute, quiet courtyard. The bathroom was luxurious; it had a nice sized tub (with shower), dead sea salts, and robes. The hotel had parking on site for a very reasonable rate (55 shekels for us). There's a great looking cafe on the premises, though we did not get a chance to try it.
Cons: The hotel is not in central, downtown Tel Aviv, but it is a walk-able distance (2 km or less, I think). For us, we had to walk about 20 minutes to get downtown. The positive part about the location is that it's in a quiet neighborhood.
Good 7.7
Pros: - The staff is fantastic. - The location is excellent. - The rooms are extremely comfortable, pleasant, spacious, modern but not stark. Lovely views from the rooms. Art from local artists throughout the hotel. - The wifi worked very well.
Cons: $review.cons
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The front desk staff was amazing - each one more warm and helpful than the next. They upgraded our room because there was a vacant suite, they gave us a bottle of cava on our last night, and were just a pleasure to speak to and gave great recommendations for dining in the area.
Cons: $review.cons
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Beautiful hotel, esthetic, pleasant staff, excellent location especially for nightly walks in Tel Aviv, great breakfast at the "Benedict" included
Cons: You don't really see much of the other guests, as there are no dining rooms in the hotel.
Good 7.2
Pros: My greater Mind lead Me to making an excellent selection.
Cons: The apartments view.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good hotel. Very friendly staff. Good choice.
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.7
Pros: location, great room, good price
Cons: long time for check in or out - (1/2 hour each time)
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Cunning and furtive personal.gey photos povsyudu.gryaz and idle Internet.
Good 7.7
Pros: the staff could not do enough to help with any thing we asked of them, very polite. we would stay there again enjoyed our stay very much.
Cons: no complaints at all
Good 7.7
Pros: The well-appointed, clean accomodations, rather larger than the ones usually found in boutique hotels - much dedicated young staff, specially the very smiling, hi-touch Manager - this urban location spot can lead to become an ideal alternative from the sea-side uncharming hotel chains
Cons: Choosing Breakfast outside of the hotel with vouchers was at first appreciated, but was discontinued during extended stay.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great rooms, large AND clean. Kitchenet included in the room. Interesting art work especially if you appreciate minimalist art. The hotel was just renovated so there is a newness to the decor. Centrally located in town near all major roads. The hotel does have indoor parking but reserve ahead.
Cons: no complaints at all

Pros: Loved the location, decor, amenities and bar downstairs. It probably has the best cocktail bar in all of Tel Aviv. It's chill and quiet so you can actually have a conversation. It looks like it was fully renovated not too long ago!
Cons: No complaints - truly a great, lesser known hotel. Just keep it a secret so it doesn't get expensive!

Mediocre 2.2
Pros: Close to Airport.
Cons: 1. Location extremely difficult to find. 2. No place to pull up and unload luggage. 3. Parking garage difficult to locate, far from entrance to hotel. 4. A very long way from parking to hotel which is on 3rd floor of mini mall. 5. Staff very rude, unhelpful and uncaring. 6. Mattress very soft and flimsy. 7. Hair found in shower upon arrival. 8. Toilet had not been flushed upon arrival.
Good 7.7
Pros: Staff was great. The room was large, nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great.
Cons: The shower needs some serious cleaning. It is really not that close to the airport. It is easily a 20-30 minute taxi ride which cost $50. There is nothing nearby so there is really not much to do or see if you have a few hours to kill.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful room, friendly and helpful staff and great refreshment bar.
Cons: Can’t think of anything.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Nice rooms, wonderful bathroom, everything working like a charm, very pleasant lobby, excellent breakfast. Completely unexpected quality. Underground garage.
Cons: Entrance somewhat hard to find.
Good 7.0
Pros: clean-close to airport-comfortable
Cons: -
Good 7.0
Pros: Location to airport; room very well appointed; whilst there, we complained about the car hire firm, but firm turned out efficient
Cons: Bathroom shower design allows water to flow all over bathroom floor
Good 7.3
Pros: Very pleasant, welcoming staff; exceptionally clean and modern; attractive interior and furnishings; free parking
Good 7.0
Pros: Very nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast and very friendly staff. We stayed here one night b/c it was close to the airport and it was a very nice stay.
Cons: Nothing to complain about.
Good 7.0
Pros: 15 min from the airport, clean room, good breakfast
Good 6.3
Pros: confortable and nice decor. I only stayed a few hours on transit to Tel Aviv airport but it was worth it
Cons: as it was a very short stay I asked if I could had my breakfast in a package but it was not possible. Coffee and cake was offered though as early as 5am
Good 6.7
Pros: A comfortable hotel with attractive interior, close to Ben Gurion airport. Friendly staff and spacious rooms. The location is convenient for the airport, but the immediate surroundings are of little interest.
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.8
Pros: Great experience of israeli kablanim ! Wished, we had one like this with our shiputz! Very good idea to integrate a small hotel in a canyon nice rooms, very clean, no reason to complain
Cons: None, well yes, the information from the homepage where we yould find your ..... to be honest, we did not and had to phone you....
Good 6.4
Pros: Nice, clean rooms, newly decorated. Liked the shuttle to the airport.
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.4
Pros: Nice new facility. The rooms were very nice and the staff was nice.
Cons: I did not receive the wake up call that I requested. This could have had distrous consequences as our flight was scheduled for 8:15 am. Also, I did not receive a print out of our receipt as the printer/computer was not working. I requested a copy by mail. It was difficult to know to go to the back of the complex for the hotel.

Mediocre 3.1
Pros: The breakfast was pretty good and the staff at breakfast was super friendly.
Cons: I consistently had rude staff at the check in. The room (1222) had a warped floor that desperately needed to be redone, the toilet barely worked, the shower was uncomfortably small. The AC was basically not controllable or consistent, and the internet went out for a significant period of time. When I called down to have my room cleaned, I was meet with hostility. The gym is also way too crowded with equipment and not comfortable. And I was paying $350 a night!!!! Offensive. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. Period. I regreat having stayed there.
Good 6.8
Pros: The early check in (5am) clerk was outstanding. Very understanding and helpful. The room was big. My tv complaints were cared for as best as possible but with little satisfaction since the problem was mechanical in nature. I got from the airport to the hotel by rail and foot in about 25 minutes which was very convenient.
Cons: The television remote only worked within 3 feet of the TV, wifi was pretty bad and dropped off a lot, the furnishings looked dated, the phone operator was rude, it was hard to leave the hotel at night since there weren't many options. Furnishings and carpet should be upgraded. Breakfast was very overpriced at 23 USD. It would be nice to have non-kosher options for international non-Jewish guests.
Okay 4.3
Pros: Room was spacious and clean. Typical Sheraton Business hotel style. I hope the Leonardo chain will keep this functionality.
Cons: Very little staff for such a big hotel. It could almost be described like an Embassy Suite style hotel.
Okay 4.0
Pros: It had a bed and a bathroom. Breakfast was okay but I've had better. They don't charge for Wi-Fi.
Cons: Very expensive for what it is. The room does not, in any way, resemble the photos I saw on the site prior to booking. The reception was a building site and I do mean a building site with welding, grinding etc all going on throughout the day. No way on earth I'll be back at this hotel!!
Okay 4.0
Pros: The gym and pool facility and the business lounge.
Cons: The position right in the centre of town, the building revovations going on and the unfriendly and unhelpful staff
Mediocre 3.7
Pros: The room was clean and quiet.
Cons: The hotel is being renovated which is creating significant disruption, i.e. the breakfast was served in a room far too small for the number of hotel guests. On one morning I was unable to eat anything, on another I had to sit outside with plate on my lap.
Good 6.7
Pros: Adam is an excellent receptionist. The hotel is right in the center where we had to be
Cons: I found Minibar-Drinks on the bill which we did not consume....

Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Not much.
Cons: They intentionally lie about having parking...they don't. That was a criteria for which I wouldn't have otherwise chosen the hotel! They intentionally lie, and then try to justify it by saying there are paid parking lots nearby. *ANY* hotel in the world can claim that. It's a lie, and it's fraud. The towels are shredded and falling apart. I had no hot water in the shower for 2 days. The shower didn't drain properly, almost flooding the bathroom each time. They offered a certain credit, then tried to lie again when I went to check out by claiming they never made such an offer. Fortunately, I had it in writing and the desk agent chose to disobey a direct instruction from a manager and honor it. Never mind parking...there isn't even a place to pull up a car to stop and unload. I tried to park at the entrance to a nearby parking lot because I couldn't just stop and block traffic on the street, and I was subjected to a screaming verbal tirade from some person who came into the hotel. Don't stay here. Ever. For any reason.
Good 7.3
Pros: Vertually new, beautifuly designed boutique hotel in the outskirts of Tel Aviv, convenient to exelent Asuta Medical Center and surounded by new hi-tech area. Staff is mostly young, but very accomodating and polite. Exelent breakfast, served both in the dining room and very well equiped big bussiness lounge.
Mediocre 3.3
Pros: The Business Launge
Cons: Rooms was not very clean.. They also provided me with a smoking room which I asked for a non smoking room.. Also you have smoking rooms between non smoking rooms which is not acceptable as the smell goes through the rooms...
Good 6.0
Pros: The cleaniless of the room, the breakfast buffet is excellent
Cons: day of departure, requested a taxi to airport - I was put in a van which is used to transport vegetables !!! I would like to know the name of the person who booked this "taxi" I had to pay the full price 190.00
Good 6.7
Pros: The service was great , they try to make your stay really comfortable
Excellent 8.0
Pros: prachtig hotel, mooie afwerking, zalige bedden.
Cons: little things: no tissue papers in the rooms. During 3 days the same marmelade. There was only 1 kind of marmelade and nobody did the effort to get some different one knowing we didn't like orange marmelade and although we stayed for 3 nights.
Good 7.4
Pros: the staff and the modern deco
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.4
Pros: Hotel is brand new. Trendy place. Almost everything in the place is black. Very well done though. Nice bathrooms & showers. Some pretty good restaurants within a block either way. Highly recommend Giraffe.
Cons: I was hoping for something close to the airport so the location was not really what I wanted, but it was the only thing left. I am glad though because it really is a pretty neat place.

Pros: Excellent selection of breakfast items. Nice view.
Cons: My reservation through booking.com was actually not registered with the hotel - the staff at check in was kind enough to allow me to use their computer to show I have a reservation, but the feeling was not very nice. Cracks in the bathroom tiles.
Good 7.7
Pros: ambiance,service,in my case location
Good 7.3
Pros: We have booked a room in the 4 star part of the hotel, but we did get a suite in the 5 star part against our booking for the same price. The area of the suite was ca 60 m2, modern furnished and clean. The breakfast was good, there is a sport centre nearby. The location is close to the airport (15 min), and not so busy during the rush hours. Generally no bad experiences, can be problematic just without a car.
Good 7.7
Pros: Room was very modern, large & very clean. Buffet breakfast was wonderful and in a lovely setting.
Good 7.3
Pros: it was closed to the airport. the room was nice

Pros: Location
Mediocre 3.3
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Front Desk and Security Guard, Useless. Didn't help my client in a bad situation with a crazy cab driver. They just stood there and didn't say anything. I was very disappointed with the lack of service here.
Good 6.3
Pros: Although not in Tel Aviv proper, this hotel is conveniently located in the center of Ramat Gan. There is a good mix of residential areas and shopping and dining options nearby, and the beaches are only about 3 miles away. The hotel breakfast is buffet style with large selections, and the pool on the roof and gym on the top floor are quite nice. I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with a small kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, kettle, no stovetop) which was handy. WiFi was free and fast, though it broke for a few hours during my stay. Efficient and quiet ac. Bed and sofabed were comfortable. Clean.
Cons: Parking lot is pretty abundant and spacious, except from 9pm to 6am everyday and on Saturday where the gate is locked and you may have to wait a long time for someone to open it.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Enjoyed the pool in the summer months and the use of the exercise gym and jacuzzi. Liked having a refrig and micro in kitchen. Convenient transportation to Tel Aviv and use of Internet.
Cons: the fabric of the couch was not clean.
Good 6.7
Pros: the location of the hotel was good for us as it was near our chilidren and grandchildren. the hotel was clean and the food ample. the workers in the dining room were very nice. the security in the garage after 9pm was excellent.
Cons: at times the clerks behind the front desk were a little hard to understand, although the woman in the office was excellent.

Pros: It was very quiet although full and the Canada Lounge was useful especially with refreshments. Car parking good price
Cons: No
Mediocre 2.4
Pros: Good quality of breakfast buffet.
Cons: At my check-out, they tried to trick me adding 20 usd per day to the previously agreed rate; the room was not clean enough; no soap/shampoo available in the bathroom, strange even for a lower than a 4-star grade hotel.
Good 7.6
Pros: Location: easy excess to central sites; Comfort room
Cons: Service to Airconditioner that leaked and was wetting the carpet
Mediocre 3.2
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: The unfriendliness and rudeness of the staff, the poor quality of the internet service, the poor quality of the air conditioning, the fact they tried to swindle me for more money, the horrid quality of the breakfast.
