Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Appreciate the drinks offered all day and evening.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Very clean, good location, thought of small nice attention stuff
Cons: The breakfast was nice but not more than nice..
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff is extremely friendly and always try to upgrade me and my girlfriend when we stay a night. The lobby is very cozy and has lots of games and reading material, plus free drinks and snacks. The rooms are extremely trendy and modern, but also comfortable. When visitors come to Tel Aviv this is the first place I send them to stay!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was perfect.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very welcoming staff and very helpful.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: awesome architecture
Cons: street can be noisy
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The location, the staff and the services offered are excellent!
Cons: The room was extremely humid and the air conditioning was not working properly. For the price paid this should not happen.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Staff were very helpful and I liked the vibe
Cons: No view from my room
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Concierge service was nonpareil! During our week, they provided maps, guided tours, taxis, restaurant reservations -- and even patched up a member of our party who needed first-aid after a minor fall! The cappucino machine was available at all hours (with juice and pastries for breakfast), and an afternoon glass of Lambrusco in the comfortable lobby was most welcome.
Cons: No complaints at all! Highly recommended on every score!
Excellent 9.5
Pros: The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming, creating a hotel that felt more like a home. The reception always had drinks available for us, and even some friends staying elsewhere, at no extra charge. And with a reasonably short walk to Carmel Market (20 mins) and the beach (25-30 mins) it meant you where to reliant on taxi's.
Cons: Our room, although lovely and spacious, could have done with more space to hang clothes.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The location is perfect, all nice areas are walking distance. The staff is very helpful and taking good care.
Cons: The room I had was quite small and dark.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean and welcoming. We had a room facing the Rothschild boulevard. It was quite spacious for a couple and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice and pleasant.

Excellent 10.0

Excellent 8.3

Cons: Size of room
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room is very clean and modern, has good quality toiletries products. I love that there's bathrobes and slippers provided. Cons: nothing really
Excellent 9.5
Pros: The staff was very kind and nice. Did every effort to please the guests. The breakfast was great and delicious
Cons: No room service
Excellent 8.8
Pros: great location, friendly staff, great breakfast. I loved the many different shower gels that where provided.
Cons: I didn't like that the under bedding was dirty. This hotel does everything else right, so buying some new under bedding to get that perfect 10 score is a small investment
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff. The cleanliness and comfort along with the breakfast. Very good location as well.
Cons: There was nothing I did not like but there could have been lunch available or a store with snacks.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Very cosy setting
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The TAHINI (sesami paste) sorbe was to die for
Cons: Everything was spot on... Will visit again
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful, Clean hotel Friendly staff Super Breakfast Great Location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Had a fabulous stay here! Amazing staff! Great breakfast!! Great coffee and bar! Room was clean had everything we needed and more! Bed so comfortable!! awesome location.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Location was phenomenal and the hotel is very well preserved/designed
Cons: Check in process and service during our stay was fine, but could use improvement. Staff seemed a bit aloof during check in and could use better training
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Great staff. Super nice people. The hotel itself...meh..definitely definitely not five star, perhaps not even four. Tiny room and bed so small I could barely fit. Noise from hallway came into room. I'd say it's a good four star.
Cons: The bed was tiny, barely fit one person.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: It well designed and well cared for. The room displayed a sense of style lacking in most hotels. The staff was caring.
Cons: Reservations only start at 3 pm which is very inconvenient for a person arriving from North America

Cons: Don’t have any mirror in the room. Only in the bathroom
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Everything about this hotel was wonderful. I loved the fact that there was a welcome message waiting for us in the room. I loved the way the staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and such choice. I cannot fault this hotel

Pros: Location and restaurant. Top roof bar had excellent view!
Cons: A little shabby bathroom.
Good 7.0
Pros: Good choice of a hotel. Well located and the ambiance is nice. Packed breakfast was very good.
Cons: The room was not properly kept by the chambermaids - they never did the bad and each day they seemed to forget replacing used items from the bathroom.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The staff in front desk is friendly, professional and very helpful.
Cons: house keeping should be improved
Excellent 9.3
Pros: The lounge snack is helpful .

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Big rooms, good big bed. Friendly stuff.
Cons: The local art exhibiton idea is nice but some of the art presented is really not that great ( understatement ) and downgraded the whole experience. They should have a better critiria for local art. High prices for art pieces doesn't make the art better.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Creative decorative touches.
Cons: Bathrooms need updating and modernising.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. Decor was funky, fun, and artsy.
Cons: Our room was a bit in need of a makeover. Everything worked and it was in good condition but it was a little worn. Other rooms sound like they were better though.
Excellent 9.3
Cons: The third bed wasn't comfortable at all
Excellent 9.3
Pros: It isn't the first time . I always enjoy the stay, the youth atmosphere, the exhibition. Was a great experience, like always.
Cons: I don't like air vaporizer, and it was in the air conditioner system. So it was impossible the stop it. Please, don't do it, there is not necessary.
Good 7.5
Pros: Great breakfast, good location.
Good 6.8
Pros: The place is very quiet and krisp clean. The tiny balcony will make some otherwise oppressed smokers happy. Plenty of space - a rare bird in the age of super economy class cramped rooms.
Cons: Barely adapted ordinary old flat. For God's sake, we are in 2019, what makes you keep the old, dangerous, uncomfortable bathtub instead of making a proper shower cabin? Why should a customer leave the bed to change AC temp or fan? There was no small change neither at the reception nor at the attached Cafe. The Backstage Cafe that provides breakfast and serves as a bar for the establishment is the lowest point of the experience. Staff appears to be stoned or drunk at any time of day or night and tending more to themselves and they friends. No appliances are in working order, and that includes most vital things like air conditioning (mind you it's July in Israel) and cash register. While keeping the price of upscale beach Cafe, the place struggled to serve a single breakfast, the only edible thing was scrambled egg. Total disaster and disappointment. Still, nothing that cannot be fixed with proper management and upkeep.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Bed very comfy. Nice and firm. Unit was large and decrated nicely. The art theme in the hotel is wonderful. Wonderfully quiet.
Cons: Too bad it's not closer to the beach.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: All in all I like this hotel, the size of the rooms, the location, the art etc.
Cons: I asked for an extra bed and although I checked about it again while checking in, and was told it is ready, there wasn't any...
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything - The Piano Idea wil be perfect.
Cons: That I needed to go home xD
Good 7.5
Pros: I have stayed in this boutique hotel every year for five years and have loved it: the rooms, the location and the staff, who always remembered me by name and looked after me. There was a "welcome back" note and bottle of wine in the room waiting for me which is a nice touch
Cons: There are new reception staff who were not as welcoming as previously. The atmosphere was not as warm as before. The welcome bottle of wine was (accidentally?) added to the account but was credited when I checked out - careless mistake? It seems like they have cut back on all the personal touches that made it so warm in the past. The café has had many iterations/operators and it is still not good - items listed on the limited menu are not available, service is slow and music is too loud! There are much better eating options nearby.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were very friendly and check-in/out was very easy. The hotel and rooms are very unique and cool. The hotel is based around being art-friendly, and local artists have installations in the hotel lobby, hallways, and rooms. The roof has an amazing garden and is a great place to hang out. We had a great room with a little kitchenette and balcony overlooking a very cute, quiet courtyard. The bathroom was luxurious; it had a nice sized tub (with shower), dead sea salts, and robes. The hotel had parking on site for a very reasonable rate (55 shekels for us). There's a great looking cafe on the premises, though we did not get a chance to try it.
Cons: The hotel is not in central, downtown Tel Aviv, but it is a walk-able distance (2 km or less, I think). For us, we had to walk about 20 minutes to get downtown. The positive part about the location is that it's in a quiet neighborhood.

Good 7.0
Pros: Location is good, near the airport, and free shuttle service from hotel to airport. 24 hours free coffee and tea
Cons: Breakfast is not much choice and price is a bit too high.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: The staff was truly fantastic.
Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I liked the easy check in and also the breakfast boxes that were prepared for us as we had an early flight the following day. The transport to the airport was really good also.
Cons: I was disappointed that there the restaurant at the hotel didn't open after Shabbat and we had to use the fast food outlet in the shopping mall which was adequate but quite expensive for what it was. I also thought the hotel was quite a distance from the airport!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Price was too much. Long line for check in. Comfortable and clean!
Cons: Price and location
Mediocre 2.2
Pros: Close to Airport.
Cons: 1. Location extremely difficult to find. 2. No place to pull up and unload luggage. 3. Parking garage difficult to locate, far from entrance to hotel. 4. A very long way from parking to hotel which is on 3rd floor of mini mall. 5. Staff very rude, unhelpful and uncaring. 6. Mattress very soft and flimsy. 7. Hair found in shower upon arrival. 8. Toilet had not been flushed upon arrival.
Good 7.7
Pros: Staff was great. The room was large, nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great.
Cons: The shower needs some serious cleaning. It is really not that close to the airport. It is easily a 20-30 minute taxi ride which cost $50. There is nothing nearby so there is really not much to do or see if you have a few hours to kill.
Okay 5.5
Pros: Close to airport
Cons: I was bitten by bed bugs and signage poor
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It’s close to the airport
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Fresh clean and crisp 3 star hotel. Free hourly shuttle to airport. Feather pillows available on demand.
Cons: 20 mins by car from the airport terminal.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Happy hour
Cons: TV remote didn’t seem to work. Didn’t want to watch TV, so it wasn’t a problem.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The breakfast and happy hour were excellent!! The staff was helpful and friendly. We would stay there again.
Cons: Our room was near conference room and the hallway door to it was always open and it gave a poor impression.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Nice rooms, wonderful bathroom, everything working like a charm, very pleasant lobby, excellent breakfast. Completely unexpected quality. Underground garage.
Cons: Entrance somewhat hard to find.

Pros: Food, atmosphere
Cons: I paid for room with 2 separate beds extra $$ but received room with 1 bed
Good 7.0
Cons: We have arrived on a Saturday and the room was ready only after many discussions around 4 pm. They said that there is a small print rule about Shabbat...that I missed...the reception staff was not friendly at all..
Good 7.0
Pros: Delicious breakfast! Very clean place.
Cons: The price was pretty high.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Staff
Cons: Good Hotel to stay
Excellent 9.5
Pros: The room was so clean and comfortable
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I want to specially thank the service given to my husband and me by Jonathan ( wears kipa) and Hen ( wears glasses) in the dinning room; and by Igor (from the room service) !!!!!!!!!!
Cons: The only fact I didn't like was the fact that having been told by the Eye Clinic, עין טל, that there was an agreement between them and the Hotel, to make a discount to guests that were undergoing a surgery, nobody at the Hotel seemed to know about it and it was transferred to me the task of dealing with the matter, when in my head, the most important thing was overcoming the surgery successfully!!!!!!! I haven't dealt with it yet. First of all, I want to recover from the surgery!!!!!!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I love everything about this hotel, stuff, food, hospitality everything was perfect
Cons: The only issue was double bed, we didn't get double bed , we had 2 beds In one. Otherwise everything was perfect
Okay 4.5
Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: Booked non smoking room and they give me a smoking room. I had to wait almost one hour to change. The staff were not helpful
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Nice location and room decoration
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Not much.
Cons: They intentionally lie about having parking...they don't. That was a criteria for which I wouldn't have otherwise chosen the hotel! They intentionally lie, and then try to justify it by saying there are paid parking lots nearby. *ANY* hotel in the world can claim that. It's a lie, and it's fraud. The towels are shredded and falling apart. I had no hot water in the shower for 2 days. The shower didn't drain properly, almost flooding the bathroom each time. They offered a certain credit, then tried to lie again when I went to check out by claiming they never made such an offer. Fortunately, I had it in writing and the desk agent chose to disobey a direct instruction from a manager and honor it. Never mind parking...there isn't even a place to pull up a car to stop and unload. I tried to park at the entrance to a nearby parking lot because I couldn't just stop and block traffic on the street, and I was subjected to a screaming verbal tirade from some person who came into the hotel. Don't stay here. Ever. For any reason.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The hotel is immaculate, quiet, and lobby, dinning room and grounds are aesthetic. The breakfast was exceptionally good and the dinning staff exceptional as well. The room was quite comfortable. The staff were excellent. They couldn't be more pleasant and helpful. The location for our needs -- across the street from Assuta Hospital -- was perfect. The price was reasonable (for Tel Aviv area). And the checkout time is what most hotels should offer (12:00 noon).
Cons: The shower (in bath-tub) is very difficult to manage -- getting in and out, and no rubber mat was provided, which makes showering a bit precarious. The bed was comfortable and large, but the cover was a winter comforter, which required one to sleep with the air-conditioner on to remain comfortable. It would be great for the winter, but it did not feel comfortable and natural for our summer stay. Next time I will ask for a light blanket, which will solve this minor dislike.

Pros: Thanks for the upgrade!
Good 6.8
Pros: I liked the bar downstairs.
Cons: I didn't enjoy having to walk through the bar downstairs in order to access my room. This means no privacy, no discretion.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room was comfortable and quiet
Cons: There was no breakfast but actually there is lots of cafes in neighbourhood
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Spacious clean room with very good bed and bathroom. Quiet even with the excellent cocktail bar downstairs. Walking distance to many interesting parts of Tel Aviv.
Cons: Car access is difficult. No onsite parking but outside car park just down the road. Don’t even think about parking in the very narrow street.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Location
Cons: Entrance to lift
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I liked the cool sophistication of the downstairs bar. I also appreciated the complimentary espressos and cookies. The cleanliness of the room was very important to me and it met my standards.
Cons: Nothing I can think of right now.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Everything. From the bar at the ground floor To the champaign in the room. I proposed my girlfriend during this weekend and your hôtel was one of the thing this weekend Will be unforgettable. I will suggest everyone to go to this hôtel. This is fantastic.
Cons: Nothing. Maybe this looks awkward at the beginning but this is after the first look.
Good 6.8
Pros: No breakfast at all at the hotel
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Nice hotel, small room. Parking near by costs money. The bellboy bar is great at night.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location is excellent. Close to Gabima theater and to Rothschild boulevard. Excellent for walking.
Cons: The room was small, barely any room for sitting down for one person. There is no lobby. Breakfast is provided as a voucher to some caffees nearby. Parking is complicated.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved the location, decor, amenities and bar downstairs. It probably has the best cocktail bar in all of Tel Aviv. It's chill and quiet so you can actually have a conversation. It looks like it was fully renovated not too long ago!
Cons: No complaints - truly a great, lesser known hotel. Just keep it a secret so it doesn't get expensive!

Pros: Everything, escpecially the crew .
Cons: The bathtub should be bigger and more fancy depending to his excellency
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing to like
Cons: Poorly maintained, rude staff, shower broken, sink filthy, carpet stains and so on....
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything! Simply magnificent. Very comfortable, the room is super clean, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is delicious! And the pool is wow! One of the greatest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Definitely will be back!
Cons: Nothing
Mediocre 3.1
Pros: The breakfast was pretty good and the staff at breakfast was super friendly.
Cons: I consistently had rude staff at the check in. The room (1222) had a warped floor that desperately needed to be redone, the toilet barely worked, the shower was uncomfortably small. The AC was basically not controllable or consistent, and the internet went out for a significant period of time. When I called down to have my room cleaned, I was meet with hostility. The gym is also way too crowded with equipment and not comfortable. And I was paying $350 a night!!!! Offensive. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. Period. I regreat having stayed there.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: The pool area is really nice and the staff very friendly and smiling!
Okay 5.8
Pros: Breakfast and breakfast attendand/manager who was the only person smiling in the structure.
Cons: The pool closes everyday at 18:00 even if it is advertised in the main welcome paper GIVEN AT THE CHECK-IN that closes at 21:00! In addition during the weekend the pool is overcrowded from drunk people who mostly smell. The whole hotel apart from the lobby is very badly maintened with things warn and falling off. Absolutely not a 4 stars but barely a 3 stars mainteined from careless people.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The hotel needs maintenance, no question about it, but the staff makes up for that. Room as clean and since we brought our 1 year old granddaughter, all I can say is that cleaning it was for sure a challenge that the staff passed with flying colors. The staff at the restaurant were just amazing. Friendly, professional and ready to go beyond the call of duty when needed, as was the case with our needs. I cannot say enough about them and I regret never asked for their names. They all were fabulous. Swimming pool was good. Not amazing but ok.
Cons: The problem is sometimes with drunk guests, quite a few. Since their target audience is corporate this may explain this. They roam in the swimming pool as couples that clearly need a room.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff was nice. View from the windows on higher floors was impressive.
Cons: Bed was too soft for me. Air conditioning and some room equipment was bit old. Noise from the street and the highway in the night was disturbing.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Position is excellent for our business, the room was very spacious, and both bed and pillows were excellent.
Cons: The air conditioning is not easily manageable, even if you decrease the power the flow is still too high.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Pool opening hours are ridiculous, the pool is open between 9 and 18:00. So being there on a business trip those are the hours one spends in the office
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I staid for work in Ramat Gan, so I choosed an hotel in Ramat Gan close to Central tel aviv. The hotel was fine, as expected.
Good 6.8
Pros: Beautiful pool! Amazing breakfast! The location is fantastic right next to the train!
Cons: The hotel is really really old. For the price u pay its terrible! There was hardly any light in the room! Half the lights didnt work! They dont have any information in the room...its just old! It needs a revamp!

Excellent 9.3
Pros: Great breakfast and spa
Cons: Some stuff in the room were a little broken
Okay 4.3
Pros: Breakfast was excellent.
Cons: Room could have been cleaner. No iron in the room. I arrived on a holiday and none of the restaurants were open. Too far from the city centre.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Best service at the reception
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The bed was very nice. The food was fantastic
Good 7.0
Pros: The hotel itself was great.
Cons: The hotel was great but your non refundable policy was a great disappointment. It did not make sense that I could not get a portion back since the room could have been reassigned to someone else.
Okay 5.8

Cons: The dead bird that was on the outside porch.

Good 7.0
Cons: Small room ,no mirror in the room !
Excellent 9.5
Pros: parking underground at the hotel and reasonable price. beds were comfortable. room was comfortable: lots of drawer / cabinet place to put things, extra sink in room (in addition to bathroom).
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: The breakfast was nice, different food and variegated. The chef was always checking the room
Cons: Towels were dirty, they didn't make up properly the room.
Good 6.3
Pros: Breakfast
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Pleasant staff, comfortable clean room and bathroom. Every request was efficiently dealt with ..no hassle, great location in ramat gan and excellent breakfast. We will be back.
Cons: Could do with more action in the lobby but really not critical.
Good 7.0
Pros: Privet cheap daily parking. The breakfast is really good.
Cons: Kitchen without anything, neither plates nor microwave or oven
Good 7.5
Pros: A person at the Office was helpful with directions.
Cons: 1- Could not watch the Tennis French Open. 2- The price was higher than quoted
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Convenient to everything that you need The people were friendlyAnd accommodating
Okay 5.5
Pros: Breakfast was good and the room was homely
Cons: The decor needed some updates. A lick of paint would do wonders.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: The room design was very functional. The sink in the room is a great idea. The shelf over it is very useful for someone who has a lot of papers, like me. The breakfast was excellent. My only problem (in all hotels!) is the size of the tea cups. At home I drink half a litre of tea for breakfast and I have an appropriately sized cup. But that is not your problem, but mine :-) The problems I had with the keys to my room were resolved immediately. The welcoming bottle of water in the room at my arrival was great too.
Cons: As I mentioned above it's me having a problem with small tea cups in hotels. Not your problem, I repeat, but mine!

Mediocre 3.3
Pros: Nothing
Cons: My room was dirty: spots on curtains and linens, on the walls, stuff from previous guests, showers were dirty too. There was a hole in the wall near my bed. Big dog barks wherever it wants on reception, people begin to listen music too early and stop too late. Also somebody stole my cosmetics from the shower. Definitely bad experience(
Excellent 8.8
Pros: La place, l accueil, les équipements, climatisation, frigo, etc
Cons: I paid and asked for a taxi in the night so that the next morning at 6h30 they pick me up to drop me at the airport, in the morning no one came and we called the taxi driver in charge he did not pick up the phone I almost went late to get my flight. And the guy who worked in the morning was not nice at all it s almost like he did not want to be there or respond to me. But the person at night was great it was a Russian guy. Overall nice place to stay, clean, except some dirt on the sheets were I slept
Okay 4.3
Pros: The property had good amenities such as a bar and washer and dryers.
Cons: My biggest complaint was the air conditioning. They kept it at 24°C which is 75°F and refused to lower it, saying “the whole room had to agree,” but the problem was it was NEVER 75 in the room, always sooo much hotter. I woke up in a deep sweat the first night. I asked to change rooms and they refused. I, however, asked another staff member about the air conditioning, but got a different response. They tried to lower it, but didn’t have the remote to do so, so they said “the hostel is very cheap” (basically “you get what you pay for”). Other complaints: 1. Breakfast made me very ill 2. The common areas were dirty 3. The staff was clueless and none of them were paid (working and staying there for free)
Excellent 9.5
Pros: the best staff; people from all over the world; location; rooftop; atmosphere
Good 6.3
Pros: Cheap place, close to jaffo but not to other areas.
Cons: Plugs not working in the room. Bathrooms not so clean.
Good 7.5
Pros: Ambient it's nice and quiet
Cons: Breakfast included it's properly a toast with chocolate
Good 7.0
Pros: Nice hostel, build in Hippy Community style' If you`re up for it, go for it ))
Cons: Food' Location`
Mediocre 3.8
Cons: The rooms aircon was warm and it was hard to breathe. Front counter staff was not helpful to my girlfriend for request.
Good 7.0
Pros: A very cool backpackers in a great location. There was a nice vibe and the staff was great. After we checked out we were able to hang out on the rooftop which is a great chill area!
Cons: Its very basic (as they do claim). Most places we stayed at had soap for general use in the showers but they didnt have here, and we were all out by that time! So make sure you have soap if you stay here! Also, the toilets were not the cleanest or freshest smelling :(
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nice and friendly atmosphere
Cons: Style and the rooftop!

Pros: very friendly staff
Cons: fridge is only for take out mini-bar drinks (pricy)
Okay 5.8
Pros: The location is good for the business trip. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Food was good
Cons: The cost was high due to the Eurovision being on that week. No onsite parking
Good 7.5
Pros: The hotel was nice but arrived on A Friday afternoon and wasn’t told that dinner would be an expensive buffet. Nothing else close by to eat at. Would of been better staying closer to city
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Nice rooms Clean Quite Nice staf and service
Cons: The pool in open only until 6pm, we would have wanted a little more time since its really hot until even 8.. The price is really high for just sleeping! And the beverages in the room are redecuously over priced
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Everything you could expect, staff was amazing, hotel is modern and has every facility and comfort you would need and expect.
Cons: Israel is hot, it would seem that they have the thermostats set although you can change, wont cool.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Amazing breakfast was made I really enjoyed it , great staff !
Cons: I didn’t like the menu on the pool deck they didn’t have fries or any shniztel or type of good appetizer but other than that it was great
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: The location was a described. The staff was quick to action.
Cons: I don't actually think this is a 5 star hotel. I would say 4-star at best. The rooms are very small, and don't even have any cupboards (or minibar or anywhere to put my suitcase). I arrived at the hotel at 1am, and found my toilet to be dirty and sheets to be damp. When I complained, the staff very promptly changed my room in the night. The new room had lights that didn't work. I complained the next day and they were fixed. There was no effort to follow up and check on my stay. If this were a 3-4 star hotel I would be very happy with my stay and offering from the hotel. I was however extremely disappointed considering it is marketed as 5*.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The rooms are perfect sized, comfortable, clean and all that's needed amentity-wise is there.
Cons: Room service would be cool from the restuarant :) Also, the vents were really dirty, it kinds freaked me out.
Good 7.5
Pros: Think you should offer a coffee, coffee/croissant option
Good 7.0
Pros: Advertised as 'Tel Aviv', yet not even technically in Tel Aviv. It was an expensive round trip in a taxi, just to get to the town for something to eat.
Okay 4.5
Cons: Room is very small

Good 7.0
Pros: Good location by the airport
Cons: Very basic and breakfast wasn’t that great
Good 7.5
Pros: good
Cons: no business center
Good 7.5
Cons: Mold in the shower.
Okay 5.5
Pros: Breakfast was ok, however, a bit boring if you consider that it was the same selection of chopped tomatoes, kosher cheese, white cheese, tuna, olives, butter or alike Philadelphia cheese. Coffee and tea plus some nectar drinks and brownie ora alike cake. Hotel its best time (in terms of standard and being rather not as that clean) had behind. But if you visit a lot it's enough to sleep there, eat breakfast and leave it. Good connections (bus) with Ramat Gan, not bad with Tel Aviv. Really far away from Tel Aviv.
Cons: Not clean enough
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The nice woman help me a lot Great location Great and clean room Convenient market around
Good 7.5
Pros: Hospital visitor, location perfect.Hotel needs some TLC without doubt but nevertheless it was clean, twin bedded room, bed was small (narrow) but very comfortable with white crispy sheeting.Very comfortable sofa if needed and presentable bathroom with basic requisits.Small breakfast but perfectly adequate.Parking one minute away and handy small mall with restaurants and and necessary stores adjacent to the hotel entrance.
Cons: All round decoration but that would probably up the price.
Okay 4.5
Pros: 20 minutes from airport
Cons: Located in a hospital, very noisy
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Facilities for one night + breakfast great for one night. I think breakfast could be served from 7:00am. I needed to get to the hospital. The decor a bit dismal. Everything is brown and dark. But I was very happy to have the facility and not have to drive home late at night after a long difficult day.
Cons: I left my electric toothbrush behind ,which they could not locate. It was of no value to anyone as there was charger. A little disappointed by that. E
Okay 5.0
Pros: Good breakfast. Acceptable room comfort.
Cons: The front desk staff was extremely arrogant during check-in without any willingness to resolve the delayed booking confirmation that was related to a technical issue. The guest was checked in after a long negotiation which was costly due to ongoing phone conversations. Management interference was helpful however with a significantly delay without any reasons.
