Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great hotel with even better staff. Location is the best in Tel Aviv.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Being met by friendly and attentive staff. And when you have been there Before it’s a kind of “home-coming” meeting the same staff as half a year Ago. Proof of a good working environment. Flexibility, high service level and Great happy hour!
Cons: Uh ... difficult... actually leaving the hotel to go home. Honestly - we have no complaints- that’s why we keep coming back to Rotchild 71!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very nice pleace, friendly staff, very good location. I recomend to all.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Stayed here several times over the years. Great location, large and comfortable rooms and great staff.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff is extremely friendly and always try to upgrade me and my girlfriend when we stay a night. The lobby is very cozy and has lots of games and reading material, plus free drinks and snacks. The rooms are extremely trendy and modern, but also comfortable. When visitors come to Tel Aviv this is the first place I send them to stay!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Concierge service was nonpareil! During our week, they provided maps, guided tours, taxis, restaurant reservations -- and even patched up a member of our party who needed first-aid after a minor fall! The cappucino machine was available at all hours (with juice and pastries for breakfast), and an afternoon glass of Lambrusco in the comfortable lobby was most welcome.
Cons: No complaints at all! Highly recommended on every score!

Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location is very comfortable for getting around Tel Aviv. The single room is pretty small but has everything needed to have a pleasant stay. Breakfast was nice and there was food and wine offered through out the day.
Cons: The room had very little closet space. And the TV didn't work well.
Okay 4.0
Cons: Too expensive for one of the tiniest rooms I’ve had to stay in. The view is nothing to talk about. Very hot in the bathroom in the afternoon. Single bed. No breakfast. Could hear the neighbors take showers from behind the wall next to the bed. All of this could have been fine but for at least half the price of what I paid (140$).
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The stuff is great. Breakfast is also great!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was amazing and answered all my questions and woke me up when I asked to. And made sure that I actually woke up. There is a supermarket outside the hotel that stays open until late. The design of the room was amazing. I never heard noise. The bathroom was clean. And the view was amazing
Cons: I don't think there was anything that I didn't like
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We were given excellent treatment after we had been woken up by noisy clanging pipes at midnight We went to the front desk and they moved us to another room The next day we moved our belongings and the room we moved to was very quiet and comfortable To make up for the inconvenience we had suffered to our sleep the hotel’s manager Ella arranged a generous discount and invited us to partake of breakfast at their expense All in all the service of the staff could not have been better
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Cons: Do not have a negative vomment
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything else was great ! Breakfast amazing !
Cons: The pool is part of the gym, and its more for "real swimers" then people who wants to have fun in the pool.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff is very!! helpful and polite. We got an upgraded room with a large shower . And 65 inch TV.
Cons: There is no lobby . Only a bar(very special though) which is very crowded in the evening and you must pass over it when you want to go in and out of your room. Parking is not included and not to chip also.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The design of the room was fantastic, it was nice and cozy. Everything what we needed was in the room. The hotel is located a minute walk from Rothschild boulevard.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: There were huge roaches in my room
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved the location, decor, amenities and bar downstairs. It probably has the best cocktail bar in all of Tel Aviv. It's chill and quiet so you can actually have a conversation. It looks like it was fully renovated not too long ago!
Cons: No complaints - truly a great, lesser known hotel. Just keep it a secret so it doesn't get expensive!

Okay 5.4
Pros: Good air conditioning Room was specious
Cons: This is presumably a luxurious and expensive boutique hotel, yet… No breakfast was provided due to COVID-19, but no coffee , pastries or anything else for that matter, were provided, not even bottled water Coffee machine in thr room didn’t work but no answer from front desk Old towels. No extra pillows, yet, no answer from front desk. We visited several hotels in Tel-Aviv before, all provided much better experience and service. Very disappointing!
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The design and the clean ambience
Cons: No service whatsoever
Excellent 9.0
Pros: excellent location on the center of Rothschild Blvd... walking distance to everywhere... very fine hotel, very fine design room very modern, well maintained and clean. Small hotel so not too crowded. Quiet neighborhood. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Well, no beverages and good these days... need to come back when covid19 is done... But found endless cafes, restaurants and 24/7 supermarkets very nearby
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Free Parking, clean room, nice staff, good location.
Cons: No plate/cutlery in the room. Not a big deal.
Good 7.0
Pros: Rooms were nicely designed, sound proof windows so was really quiet and amazing location. Was very clean.
Cons: They claimed there was free parking, but what they didnt say is that it is shared with another hotel they own and is only available if free. I arrived at 16, check in was 15, and I was told there were no more spots. I ended up paying 200 shekels for parking, and for that extra money could have stayed at a hotel with parking. Also post corona there was no breakfast, bar or lobby facilities at all.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing hotel with lots of restaurants close by and walking distance from Carmel Market. Only wished we could spend another couple of days.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Great staff. Super nice people. The hotel itself...meh..definitely definitely not five star, perhaps not even four. Tiny room and bed so small I could barely fit. Noise from hallway came into room. I'd say it's a good four star.
Cons: The bed was tiny, barely fit one person.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Friendly staff. Convenient for one night stay
Cons: Exit from parking was a nightmare.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I had a short but very pleasant stay in Sadot hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, without a feeling of tired furnuture and carpets. It had a kettle which was not mentioned in the room description and was a nice surprise. The stuff was welcoming, warm and helpful (thanks, Tommy, you're a perfect host!) The parking is a bit weird but managable, you need to go by desk to get validation every time.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The staff Clark wouldnt honor My resvr. I didnt show him My Negative Covid19 paper. Buț explained that evidentally ir was Negative. Or The airline . Wouldnt have boarderii me. And whats more. Ben Gurion Healh Authorities.. Allowed me to ENTER Israe. Since I showed them The paper document. Which I cRelessly. Left there.
Cons: SEE above
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Almost all
Cons: An Amazing suprise Very good value in the most expensive contry in the all wid world And super cool staff Thanks 👑❤🧡
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room was lovely and also quiet. The staff were very helpful. The location is perfect for early or late flights from and to Ben Gurion.
Cons: There were very few guests so the breakfast was canceled (we were warned), but we could buy breakfast in the mall below the hotel. Access to the hotel and parking is a little awkward. Parking is free for hotel guests, but it's still a hassle. We were only told on the day of our arrival that we needed COVID tests within 48 hours, and it was a holiday so we could not get them. They did accept our US vaccinations in the end. It's a crazy time as Israel relaxes regulations but does not accept overseas vaccination for the Green Card.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Close to the airport.
Cons: There was no sleepers, neither carpets in the bathroom. Your TV doesn’t have channel 20, the only one we’re watching
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Really helpful staff, very good facilities, located close to the airport, yummy breakfast
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful room, friendly and helpful staff and great refreshment bar.
Cons: Can’t think of anything.
Excellent 10.0
Good 7.7
Pros: Staff was great. The room was large, nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great.
Cons: The shower needs some serious cleaning. It is really not that close to the airport. It is easily a 20-30 minute taxi ride which cost $50. There is nothing nearby so there is really not much to do or see if you have a few hours to kill.

Excellent 9.4
Pros: Nice rooms, wonderful bathroom, everything working like a charm, very pleasant lobby, excellent breakfast. Completely unexpected quality. Underground garage.
Cons: Entrance somewhat hard to find.
Mediocre 2.2
Pros: Close to Airport.
Cons: 1. Location extremely difficult to find. 2. No place to pull up and unload luggage. 3. Parking garage difficult to locate, far from entrance to hotel. 4. A very long way from parking to hotel which is on 3rd floor of mini mall. 5. Staff very rude, unhelpful and uncaring. 6. Mattress very soft and flimsy. 7. Hair found in shower upon arrival. 8. Toilet had not been flushed upon arrival.

Okay 4.0
Pros: I had a disappointing check out because of the reception manager, it’s a shame because the hotel was super nice but the service is less nice
Cons: The service
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Sad to say that the basic contract between customer and hotel, which is money for a room for a good night's sleep was not met. At 04.00 a horrendous noise inside the room kept us awake all night. We couldn't locate it. There was nobody to turn to, and only after several calls at 8.00 when someone came it turned out to be the fridge. Overall the place seems not well kept. The room was not very clean-greasy hand stains on the glass plate separation between bed and bathroom, sticky bathroom floor, stains on the sink. The room was also not very well kept- the handle fell off the bathroom door, the toilet seat was not fixed into place and the key card reader cover fell off each time we used it. Mattress not comfy, too wobbly and soft. But we could forgo those discomforts had we had at least a quiet night of sleep. As business people at a crucial time in an important project this was unfortunately unforgivable. We wanted to change rooms, but were told there were none available. We were offered the room for some xtra time which at least gave the opportunity to rest a bit afterwards. We were offered a 15% discount for a next stay. This does not even cut the grade....needless to say that the hotel did not live up to expectations.
Cons: Staff availability. Maintenance. Cleanliness. Mattress.
Good 7.0
Pros: The room was nice and tidy and clean and good size. Breakfast was nice.
Cons: It's more comment than criticism. The reception Staff- they weren't Bad or Rude and they assisted with all matters of the room but they had zero knowledge or willingness to help with questions about Tel Aviv. We think that the reception is sometimes the connection between the tourist and the visited country and if the receptionist answer all queries with "I don't know" and act like "I don't care" it's a Con. However all in all they were ok. The price for room is outrageous comparing to London or New York. 150£ a night with breakfast for hotel without any facilities is crazy but I guess this are the prices in Tel Aviv.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing hotel in perfect location in the center of the city. Great staff. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is 5 minutes walk away from Rothschild street and its many pubs and restaurants. Perfect if you want to explore the city

Okay 5.0
Pros: Large suite like living room and separate bedroom with comfortable king size bed, and large towels. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to Rothschild Blvd.
Cons: Bathroom was in poor outdated shape. The tile grout had mold all around the tub and the sink was worn out and tile was worn out and chipped. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not prevent fogging. TV only in living room, not in bedroom. There was no breakfast at hotel.
Good 7.0
Pros: Quite and clean place, next to some good restaurants. Staff was nice, polite and helpful.
Cons: It was not the first time for me at Diaghilev Hotel. But this time I was really disappointed. I made a reservation for 3, but everything ( included chairs) was for two person. I hade to ask almost everything for the 3-rd guest. In Tel Aviv the summer is really hot. More then 30 degree. No fresh cold water in the lobby or in the room. The pub was closed, so had go out and search a place to buy some me cold drinking water . The air conditioner worked well in the living room, but not in the bedroom. I mentioned that the temperature is above 30 degree?
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location in the center of the city, with the place itself located on a quiet street. The rooms are really spacious and comfy, and the Israeli-art infused decor makes the hotel a really cool place to stay.
Cons: Nothing specific - was a really pleasant stay
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Room is very spacious and comfortable, Location is great, Parking is very convenient, and location is excellent
Cons: Bed was a little too soft for my taste, but that's subjective. Shower was a little uncomfortable for tall people.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were very friendly and check-in/out was very easy. The hotel and rooms are very unique and cool. The hotel is based around being art-friendly, and local artists have installations in the hotel lobby, hallways, and rooms. The roof has an amazing garden and is a great place to hang out. We had a great room with a little kitchenette and balcony overlooking a very cute, quiet courtyard. The bathroom was luxurious; it had a nice sized tub (with shower), dead sea salts, and robes. The hotel had parking on site for a very reasonable rate (55 shekels for us). There's a great looking cafe on the premises, though we did not get a chance to try it.
Cons: The hotel is not in central, downtown Tel Aviv, but it is a walk-able distance (2 km or less, I think). For us, we had to walk about 20 minutes to get downtown. The positive part about the location is that it's in a quiet neighborhood.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. Decor was funky, fun, and artsy.
Cons: Our room was a bit in need of a makeover. Everything worked and it was in good condition but it was a little worn. Other rooms sound like they were better though.
Excellent 9.5

Pros: Not then ample room in the suite
Cons: clthes storage outside of bedroom

Good 7.0
Pros: Large room, friendly bar, quiet (on my floor at least), treats for free in the room on arrival.
Cons: Unusual suspicious Lady in the reception, sort of interrogated...and backup by "reception manager" appeared at the rather late hour I arrived (but friendly one) - reasons unclear. Breakfast was piled up in a rather narrow space, creating more waiting in lines than neccesary. Not the most charmig neighbothood..
Okay 5.0
Pros: It was clean breakfast was good
Cons: Staff in experienced The keys kept not working The spa closes early
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Spacious room, good food and a great pool. Complimentary sweets and fruit at the bar.
Cons: TV had some connection problems.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Evereything specially the see view
Cons: Nothingthanck
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The breakfast was excellent, the room was nice and clean. The location is good about 15 minutes walk to the center city.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Breakfast was great, beds were comfy Friendly staff
Cons: The bathroom door got stuck
Mediocre 3.1
Pros: The breakfast was pretty good and the staff at breakfast was super friendly.
Cons: I consistently had rude staff at the check in. The room (1222) had a warped floor that desperately needed to be redone, the toilet barely worked, the shower was uncomfortably small. The AC was basically not controllable or consistent, and the internet went out for a significant period of time. When I called down to have my room cleaned, I was meet with hostility. The gym is also way too crowded with equipment and not comfortable. And I was paying $350 a night!!!! Offensive. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. Period. I regreat having stayed there.
Good 6.8
Pros: The early check in (5am) clerk was outstanding. Very understanding and helpful. The room was big. My tv complaints were cared for as best as possible but with little satisfaction since the problem was mechanical in nature. I got from the airport to the hotel by rail and foot in about 25 minutes which was very convenient.
Cons: The television remote only worked within 3 feet of the TV, wifi was pretty bad and dropped off a lot, the furnishings looked dated, the phone operator was rude, it was hard to leave the hotel at night since there weren't many options. Furnishings and carpet should be upgraded. Breakfast was very overpriced at 23 USD. It would be nice to have non-kosher options for international non-Jewish guests.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: A very nice and cozy hotel, with good facilities. It's located near Tel Aviv's main park and is surrounded by a lot of good restaurants. Highly recommended
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast
Cons: Personnel should be friendlier
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Very well located, friendly and effective staff. We enjoyed our stay there and looking forward to come again.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The bad was excelent.
Cons: The hotel shows its age and does not look like well maintained.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Breakfast and coffee in the lounge
Cons: No desk in the room to work.
Good 7.0
Pros: The location, the silence in the room, the lounge at the 9th floor
Cons: We decided to take 2 nights in this hotel because we used it 2 times before, and we were pleased by the services; but this time we were disappointed by the fact that we called in advence, to tell them about our arriving time in the evening ,and despite this, at 11 o' clock in th e night waits for us a freezing room w. a not working heating system. They tried to fix it, unsuccesfully and at 12 o' clock at night we had to pack our things and change the room.We told them that we have an appointment early in the morning for surgery. It was very unpleasant and disturbing.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Not much.
Cons: They intentionally lie about having parking...they don't. That was a criteria for which I wouldn't have otherwise chosen the hotel! They intentionally lie, and then try to justify it by saying there are paid parking lots nearby. *ANY* hotel in the world can claim that. It's a lie, and it's fraud. The towels are shredded and falling apart. I had no hot water in the shower for 2 days. The shower didn't drain properly, almost flooding the bathroom each time. They offered a certain credit, then tried to lie again when I went to check out by claiming they never made such an offer. Fortunately, I had it in writing and the desk agent chose to disobey a direct instruction from a manager and honor it. Never mind parking...there isn't even a place to pull up a car to stop and unload. I tried to park at the entrance to a nearby parking lot because I couldn't just stop and block traffic on the street, and I was subjected to a screaming verbal tirade from some person who came into the hotel. Don't stay here. Ever. For any reason.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Nice hotel with modern facilities, you have everything needed (bathrobes, hairdryer, kettle with tea choice and coffe are as well provided). The staff is very helpful, friendly and professional, especially receptionists - the best you could ask. Breakfasts are good, though I missed meat - for a long stay there was no time any kind of that, basically the menu was the same every day. Aside from it, buffet was pretty rich and you have what to chose (many kinds of eggs and omelettes, cereals, yougurts, vegetables and cheese, tuna, humus, desserts etc), won't leave hungry. The location is good as for business district, but it's not city attractions center. What's very helpful, hotel provides free shuttle to tourist destinations which is great and you don't need to take other transport. The pool wasn't working due to the cold season, but the roof view is nice and in summer the pool would be a great benefit. Overall a very nice and recommended hotel, will come back here again.
Cons: Everything was great, though to make it perfect I would recommend to provide a better cleaning - the floors were barely cleaned, had dust on the tables and found on the floor not belonging to us things like a scrunchy. Also the hairdryer is too old and definitely needs to be replaced. In general, those things didn't ruin our impression and we would come back here again.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Really nice hotel. A guy called Mark in the reception, I like you boy. You are really good man. Hotel is very nice. All is good. I suggest everyone to stay there with no worry.
Cons: Parking problem. I don’t understand what to do for car parking. I don’t have to install my phone some applications to park my car. It should not be complicated like that. Everything is Hebrew. No English! I unnecessarily woke up 06.30 AM everyday to take my car from the street to protect myself from the police penalty. I’m still sleepless man!
Poor 1.0
Pros: צוות נחמד
Cons: It’s written that there is a parking locations I parcked and I got a ticket for 100 nis In addition it doesn’t say clearly that for locals you should add 17% tax Also i asked for double bed romm and ther gave me a room for handicaped people which is a bit different from normal rooms Also the rooms has no lights
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly
Cons: There was no where to hang clothes in the room and it would have bern nice to have coffee facilities in the room
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Breakfast was the best.Everything there, what you need.We were to the Valentine’s Day there and in the hotel was to much people, for this it’s too small reception. The staff is very friendly.
Cons: Someone was coming to clean the room at the morning,it was not possible to clean, because we were sleeping. We kindly were asking to come later, nobody was coming, room was not cleaned. At least the towels need to be changed and cosmetics at the bathroom.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing staff, great service
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the staff was very pleasant. the breakfast was excellent!
Excellent 10.0
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Everything you could expect, staff was amazing, hotel is modern and has every facility and comfort you would need and expect.
Cons: Israel is hot, it would seem that they have the thermostats set although you can change, wont cool.

Good 7.0
Pros: It's a perfect location for those that need to stay with family in Sheba Hospital, as the hotel is located inside the hospital and there is no other hotel there. The rooms are comfortable and clean enough.
Cons: The price is high to my taste for the provided facilities, with no breakfast and no room services. The hotel is pretty old and could be great to have some renovation and could be cleaned in a bit more thorough manner.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Nearest to airport and open for a very late flight.
Cons: Staff at desk grumpy and unwelcoming to very weary travellers!
Poor 1.0
Pros: Just the location
Cons: The hotel was tired. Patch work construction. Breakfast was really disgusting. No available plates to eat on When asked they told us to use side plates. Menu was week No toaster, no cereal in the dispensary and no fresh fruit. I can go on but you get the message.
