Pros (+) The breakfast was pretty good and the staff at breakfast was super friendly.
Cons (-) I consistently had rude staff at the check in. The room (1222) had a warped floor that desperately needed to be redone, the toilet barely worked, the shower was uncomfortably small. The AC was basically not controllable or consistent, and the internet went out for a significant period of time. When I called down to have my room cleaned, I was meet with hostility. Pros (+) The early check in (5am) clerk was outstanding. Very understanding and helpful. The room was big. My tv complaints were cared for as best as possible but with little satisfaction since the problem was mechanical in nature. I got from the airport to the hotel by rail and foot in about 25 minutes which was very convenient.
Cons (-) The television remote only worked within 3 feet of the TV, wifi was pretty bad and dropped off a lot, the furnishings looked dated, the phone operator was rude, it was hard to leave the hotel at night since there weren't many options. Furnishings and carpet should be upgraded. Breakfast was very overpriced at 23 USD. It would be nice to have non-kosher options for international non-Jewish guests.
