Pros (+) However there was no concierge at the Dan in Jerusalem And there was one available at the Dan in TA. That was helpful as the staff in Jerusalem did not seem to be knowledgeable on info re: dinning out.

Cons (-) hotel needs an internet room, where visiters can use the hotejs computer, keyboard etc
Pros (+) Front desk staff very kindly allowed us to check out late the day of our plane -- 8 pm. Thanks! Breakfast was very good. Lobby lounge is very nice.
Cons (-) Most of the staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. Our rooms were barely made up (wet towels left on floor). Air conditioner took a long time to get room cool. Rooms are very small. No concierge.
