The location is perfect. The hotel has a nice lobby and areas for meeting together. The gym has lots of equipment. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful. The room is quiet even though it faces the street. Linens and pillows very nice. Very comfortable bed.
The gym had no towels at all. Strange. The breakfast was mediocre quality. The elevators are shaky and noisy and a bit scary. Not enough elevators to serve all the rooms in the morning. I waited 5 minutes to catch one to go to breakfast. The windows in the bathroom of my room were dusty and had not been cleaned in a while. When I entered the room, there was no chair for the desk. They brought one right away.
Staffs there are all very friendly and considerate. The location is very central. The hotel is very clean and quiet. my friends and I are all satisfied with it.
The hotel is well location the Old City and you could park the car (If you have a place) and do everything by walk. The staff was really nice and helpful, they allowed to check in early. The breakfast is very nice
The main entrance (outside) was on maintenance and the entrance of the hotel was not well indicated. The parking lot is quite small for the size of the hotel. On the first day it was so difficult to find a place. The elevator are quite noisy especially when it starts to open every 10 minutes during the night (It could be a good idea to change the ring for a soft one !!) This hotel is an old type but a lot of work was performed to maintain it.
Breakfast was adequate, although not over the top.
Not such a big selection.
Lovely position close to central area
The rooms are very tired looking and uncared for. Decided to cancel our booking and move elsewhere
