I have stayed here twice now, and would recommend it to anybody.
It was clean, quiet and had everything you need. Great location. Not to mention the manager was AWESOME!

It was the lowest price hotel we could find, and it was only a 15 minute drive from downtown Vancouver.
The room itself smelled like it had been smoked in for the past few decades.
