Pros: The hotel provides a satisfactory breakfast. There was a good selection of food items and were well laid out. We were happy with the breakfast.

Cons: I didn’t like having to pay for coffee in the morning. It was good coffee but I didn’t always have change. There was an excellent vegan restaurant/coffee shop close by though. No elevator was missed for first and last day but otherwise stairs were fine.

Pros: Super clean quiet and first rate comfortable bed
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view from our room was so good ! The bathrobes were so soft and comfy to be in. Everything you needed in one space.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Driving in Vancouver is nerve-wracking for many visitors (like me!) but the location was great and very easy to find. We were in and out of the city quickly and without any hassle. It was very close to the skytrain station, and the boardwalk and market were fun to explore, right outside of the Inn. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and everything was so clean. The staff were very helpful and cleared up a parking ticket issue for me. We'll definitely be back!!!
Cons: I can't think of anything I didn't like.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The view with a balcony overlooking the Fraser River
Cons: The room was a bit small & my room had a connector door but I couldn't hear my neighbour.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The front desk clerk was a gem. The room and view were great for the actual two hours of daylight we got to see it in. The' hotel is actually in a fairly inconvenient location' and we generally stay downtown but had a wonderful experience the first time we stayed at the Inn. Thought it might work out for our trip this time but management doesn't seem to know how to creatively respond to a customers needs. (See below)
Cons: Arrived at 2:15 pm after a flight in form Vancouver Island to attend the Paul McCartney concert expecting to be able to check in to our room, relax for a couple of hours, change and head downtown on the Sky Train for the show returning around midnight. No access to room until after we had to leave for the concert and so were only able to store our bags and get into the room 'after we had been to our event at 12:15 am. Basically only got to sleep in the bed and then check out at 10 next morning..

Cons: Pubic hair in the soap dish on the sink :(

Pros: Great location and nice room
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The view was excellent and the amenities around the hotel are amazing including the boardwalk trail! I was there to go to the BC Lions game at BC Place, the access to the Skytrain was the key to my staying at the Quay.
Cons: A little noisy at night with the bar close by, but other than that I have no complaints! I might add that being my first time at the Quay it was a little confusing finding the front entrance, more clearly marked 'LOBBY' would have helped.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are always very accommodating, knowledgeable with an, what can we help you with attitude. Love the location on the river and easy to get to, worry a central location.

7.5 Good
Pros: NA
Cons: Air conditioning that didn't run all night and was better controlled. Hallway on 4th floor stunk bad (hot weather)?
7.0 Good
Cons: They did not give the free breakfast to everyone in our room. They only gave free breakfast to 2 people per room, so that was disappointing. And the workout room was small and never cleaned.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We booked a room well in advance of Surrey Canada Day, it's the perfect location! The restaurant was open late because of the festivities and the room service breakfast in the morning really satisfied. The staff was friendly, it was handy to have a vending machine and pantry in the lobby, and the room was clean and comfortable.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The staff are friendly. The rooms are very clean and even though the hotel is located next to a busy road, you can't hear the traffic if you are on the opposite side. The king suite was very spacious and came with a mini fridge, sink and coffee machine.
Cons: It was a busy weekend, I get that as the Cloverdale rodeo was being held. However, when we pulled out the hide-a-bed in the living room, there was no blanket. We called down only to have staff tell us no blankets were left. No blankets! We spent $265 for one night and you can't provide the basic necessities. I'm sorry, I am beyond unimpressed with their answer. It is lucky I had a spare blanket in my car as my friend said she would have been freezing. When I brought this up with staff the next day, all I got was an apology and nothing more. If you stay during the Cloverdale Rodeo weekend, come prepared and bring extra blankets/pillows or make sure to request them as soon as you check in.

Hotel is next door to the Skytrain, which is easy to use and swiftly takes you anywhere in Vancouver. A short walk away is Donald’s Market.....food, antiques, restaurants. A few blocks away is a grocery store, drug store, movie theatre, restaurants. We stayed two nights, used the skytrain, Walked the area. The little girl on evenings at the front desk could not be more helpful....she’s a gem! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

6.3 Good
Pros: I liked the fact that we had two TV's in the room as my wife and I had some time to kill. We could both watch different channels.
Cons: Upon checking the bill at check-out time, I found that they tried to charge me an extra $10 for a late checkout, more than they originally quoted. They had no problem putting it right. Make sure you check the bill. Also, I found this hotel through booking.com. While in downtown Vancouver I did a search for "nearby" hotels. This one came up in the search results with a comment that it was 1.4km from the city centre. Based on my search I expected this to be Vancouver City. However, it was a city that was a $60 taxi fare away. We only discovered this when asking for a Taxi to take us there. It ended up costing me about another $120 in taxi fares. Had we known this we would have spent that money on a hotel in Vancouver City as that is where we wanted to be.
7.5 Good
Cons: The room was a little outdated and needed repairs. The baseboards looked pretty rough shape.I rented for 2 nights but after the first night with the air conditioning rattling and making a lot of noise I opted not to stay the second night. A little disappointed. The exterior was well maintained and cleaned and gave a entirely different perspective than the room.

Pros: clean. good restaurant inside with a good menu nice staff
Cons: The night I stayed, the hotel had a party in the banquet hall and music was on until 12am. It was impossible to sleep, even while my room was in 3rd floor. Service is extremely slow. And they put me in a room with 1 queen bed though I booked double queen
7.0 Good
Pros: The location was great and the beds where really comfortable.
Cons: Looks like the place is starting the get run down. Our bath tub plug was broken, the toilet paper holder was broken, the windows looked like they were caulked by an amateur, etc.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff are great, the hotel itself is beautiful, I love the parkade, the pool and surrounding area outside are lovely. It's a great location! The breakfast buffet and service staff were fantastic too!
Cons: The AC didn't work so the room got to 27° which is hot!! I'm sure they would have sent someone to service it but we didn't want to call anyone to at 3am

Cons: Great for
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location, easy access.
Cons: Dirty room, hairs on bathroom floor and on pillows. Old sofa, cushions were worn, large hole in couch. Very smelly, musty odor from pets. Gross. Toilet paper holder, screws in shower rod were rusty.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Rooms and facilities were clean, staff was very friendly.
Cons: We specifically booked this hotel because it was the only one in the area with a pool. When we went down to use it, there was a lady giving swim lessons to 6 kids in the tiny pool, effectively taking up the whole pool. We hung in the hot tub for a bit, but ended up leaving the area anyway. Not sure what the deal was, but if we had known that was going to happen, we would have stayed elsewhere
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean hotel, friendly staff, pool, sauna, hot tub, exercise room was good ♥️ Was VERY quiet

Pros: Nice simple, clean room. Bathroom right down the hall, very clean. Restful and I was able to sleep for work the next day(s). Kitchen downstairs was nice and a place for my stuff in the fridge. Would stay there again!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. I could be relaxed there.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Jenny is lovely
Cons: The guest kitchen didn't have a sink
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Spotlessly clean room and onsuite. Really quiet location with bus service to the door. Great lake close bye for an evening walk.
Cons: Had to go and buy mugs as tiny paper cups were too hot to handle and only half the size of a small coffee cup. No plates or bowls either. The room was spotless and comfortable but the downstairs kitchen facilities were lacking. We found we had to buy takeaway. A microwave did appear on day 2 .
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Jenny always checked each day to make sure everything was fine. I enjoyed sitting in the Sitting Room and in the outdoor pergola.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. I would have to say the pictures didn’t do it justice! It’s a quick walk into town. There wasn’t anything needed if you plan on entertaining. There’s a large dining room with a more formal living room and a TV room with games. I would stay there again!
Cons: Can’t really think of anything we didn’t like. I would stay there again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Liked everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Jenny is really nice. The room is clean. Safe and Very quiet, you will have a deep sleep. Bus station is in front of the building.

7.5 Good
Pros: Bed was super comfy and there was good privacy
Cons: Not much communication as to what to expect It was my first time to stay in a B&,B.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was quiet and we slept good.
Cons: The bed was squeaking. The bed comforter was too small for 2 people . We were lucky it was worm that night and we didn’t need heavier cover. There was a used soap in the shower. Thank god I brought mine from home .
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. Horrible place
Cons: The room was not as described. It's said 2 queen bed, with bathtub and hot tub, free toiletries, beach property. Actually only 1 simple bed, no extra blanket, they prepare 1 big used soap and the shampoo also in the big bottle and empty. The worst thing the room has very strong smell. I thought maybe after few hours would go away, but actually not. I asked her to move to other room. The husband was not happy because he has to clean up the room. Then I finally found, this room was the room in the picture even though the same is only one queen bed room it's much bigger. The beach is not in her property, drive 5 minutes. And no coffee machine as promised. She said we could use customer's kitchen but it's so dirty and the microwave it doesn't have a plate, it can't be used. The kitchen has nothing to use at all. Just fridge. It was horrible experience ever. No wonder even though in her website said " it's only one room left" it's a lie . Nobody there, only me and my husband rent her room. She has 5 rooms and empty. I strongly didn't recommend this property.
6.8 Good
Pros: I liked the quietness. The bed would be better with fitted bottom sheet and longer top sheet. The comforter was nice but made for only short people. It was a roomy place, which was appreciated.
