Pros (+) Everything was just as described and pictured. We were on the side where the train yard is and didn't hear the trains - not at all!!! We believe it's because if the upgraded windows... They doubled the double-panes. My friend only noticed a bit of vibration and because it was in the middle of the night, was too sleepy to figure out what it was
