Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for shopping and exploring the city. The service received positive remarks, especially for the friendly and attentive staff. Cleanliness was highlighted in several reviews, and the pool and breakfast were also appreciated by many guests. However, some guests noted that the hotel and its facilities are dated and in need of renovation, and there were occasional complaints about maintenance issues such as air conditioning, elevators, and bathroom fixtures. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, with location and service being the standout features.
