Pros: I had a very quiet and comfortable night. The staff was amazing.

Cons: No Hot water to shower..... was NOT notified that there would be no hot water... until I called front desk to ask what was going on.... asked to speak to manager non available on site!!!!

Pros: The rooms are tiny and they’re pretty beat up. The tv also didn’t work well and some of the towels were literally falling apart. City express in the same town offers a much better better value; however, the location of this one is pretty convenient. Lastly, there system went down for hours so I had to go back to extend my stay.

Cons: Bunch of guys hanging out outside of building . Always felt uncomfortable walking by with my wife. I asked if there was another entrance but only one way in and one way out. Cannot avoid these people hanging out outside the very front door. We had to walk by them every night . The next time I will stay somewhere else. Other than those riffraffa hangout out side this place was okay.

Cons: *The manager falcificated my signature so he could keep $200 pesos *they did not gave me the coupons for my free breakfast or told me the time * paid for 5 people and only 2 towels were on the restroom *reserved room with balcony and when I arrived the room didn’t had. * I would not recommend to stay in this place. Nice view but bad service.

Cons: We did not expect anyone to speak fluent English but at check in, neither spoke a word which made it difficult to understand the parking arrangements and they could not tell us where we could go for dinner except a type of pancake house so to speak. As well, it is a long way from the highway, in the center and to get out in the morning was a challenge. We did notice there are some nice amenities near by, park etc, but the lack of English or an area map where to go and eat would have been a nice touch. Cannot see out the windows of the room they are so dirty.

Cons: This was not as advertised. No one at the front desk spoke English. The room had only one towel and one glass for use. The shower didn't work and the room was very dirty. Didn't look like it had been cleaned in weeks. There wasn't an area for the pets and we had to take them elsewhere to do their business. Very disappointed in this location and would not recommend.
