Pathetic service. rooms were not provided which was shown while booking room provided 128,130. Wifi password was not shared showing irrational excuses. whenever tried to order something to eat was not available each & every time. toilet of 128 was stinking no room freshner arranged. Dirty mattresses.

I had booked my Darjeeling trip 26th Dec to 27th Dec19.I had paid Rs. 14,000.00( 7000 Per day) on accounting of Lodging expenses with Delux room which was overcharged by booking.com. I had initially booked for Rs. 13k and after that I had paid 1k for upgradation from Standard room to Delux. In that poni of time Delux room also charged 3000.00 Per day. Even If I book today also for 1st and 2nd Jan2020, it will charge Rs.2807.00 Per day.
