Cons (-) The pillows were mush and way too soft. There was noise; but when I called the desk, Michelle came and addressed the complaints. The air conditioner was blowing - even though I put the heater on 78. And the system itself, clanked and banged all night, making it hard to fall asleep.

I put it down to find sheets that we left were entirely the wrong size. Cons (-) I was very dissatisfied. When I arrived to the room was under construction but I was told it was "newly renovated". The room had a wet and moldy odor to it like water was sitting in there.
