Price
The first room we recieved the heater was broken so I had to relocate my family to another room. The second room smelled like smoke and I was to tired to relocate again.

Hotel gave my room away after we had checked in still has not refunded my money! They attempted to put us in another room but the heat did not work so they offered us an extra blanket!
Owners have not refunded our money yet. I am turning it over to fraud tomorrow!

The rate, but then we got what we paid for...very little.
room extremely hot when we got in, took all nite to cool, 1/4" gap in ext door, sink faucet leaked all over, room chair fabric torn in multiple places. Place in disrepair. Pool not filled. eating area not clean. staff not helpful, busy on their phones.
