Pros (+) Beds were comfortable.
Cons (-) No free breakfast. Long lines for elevator. Only one entrance to the hotel. Staff was not friendly. Charged my card twice. Housekeeping didn’t come to re stock towels and toilet paper until you call and ask.

Pros (+) It was a perfect getaway for my husband and I. The staff were very professional and polite, the security was amazing( anyone without a key cannot get to guests rooms on the elevators or the fitness center), the overall atmosphere was absolutely stunning. Beautiful hotel and very much worth the price.
Cons (-) There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Pros (+) The rooms were very clean and well kept. Loved the checkout at 2p option for no additional cost. Staff was friendly. Rooms were modern and up to date and the shower was amazing. Definitely would stay there again.

Cons (-) Walls are wafer thin. I could hear the tv, conversations and shower head in the adjacent rooms and all the conversations. I couldn't get any sleep until they all went to sleep around 3 am
