Pros (+) Convenient location with access to the highway.
Cons (-) Room cleanliness wasn't the best. No elevator. Ice and vending only on first floor. Very limited parking at the hotel. We had to park at a close by business and walk 200 yards to the hotel. Breakfast was skimpy but at least free (definitely wouldn't pay extra for it).

Pros (+) The location was very convenient. It's close to the express way. The area appeared clean and safe.
Cons (-) The room was clean, but it could have been better. There's no fan for the bathroom. The little square pillows were uncomfortable. Thankfully my husband figured out you could unfold them!
