Please tell the cleaning crew not to knock on the door before check out time thank you thats so rude
The room was spacious and clean.
Check out is too early, it's an hour after breakfast. The room we were in was right by parking. The thicker curtains did not close all the way which was a bit disconcerting.
Property was located in a safe area.
A day before my reservation I get a call from one of the hotel reps asking if I wanted to change rooms (from king bed to a double bed) because they were “painting” and the smell may still be there when I arrived, I found it very odd that a hotel will paint a room knowing a guest will arrive the next day, he said I was able to get a better room for the same price if I call booking.com to cancel my reservation and they will take care of the rest. I did not find it convenient for me to go through that hassle so I decided to stick my original reservation. The next day that I arrived I asked the rep working that day about the room being painted and she said she does not know why I was told something like that and there is absolutely no work being doing at the moment because they are very busy. This whole story did not make sense to me and I felt like I was going to get cheated by switching rooms for no apparent reason.
Great views of nyc outside the hotel. Nice walkway along the water.
They charged me an extra $20 for some reason. I have no idea why. We paid extra for a room with a city view but the view was from the horrible 1st floor with a tree blocking the view. Very disappointing for over $200 a night.
It was clean and nice. I had a nice experience in this area. If I have any chance to visit this area I will stay this place one more time.
My room was next ice mushin. It was little louder.
