Fantastic Little Hotel with more of a personal feel. Friendly and helpful Staff. Bedroom and bathroom was gorgeous. Bed was so comfortable that I had the best night's sleep for a while. Nice quiet location. Managed to park opposite the Hotel which is free from 5:30pm to 08:30am the following morning. Nice little bar for late night tipple! For business users, 8am breakfast might not be early enough. Overall really great hotel, would recommended.
Nice hotel, good location for visiting the Botanical gardens. Bus ride into the town very easy. Staff were really nice and accommodating. Loved Edinburgh.
Breakfast was a little disappointing considering the price of the hotel.
The breakfast overall was disappointing. On the second day my breakfast was very poor, the sausage was practically cremated and the bacon on both mornings was burnt black in places. My wife had a continental breakfast on the second morning was extremely poor value for money.
I think that the situation for parking was poor and our basement room was accessible via a spiral staircase which was anything but ideal and safe when carrying luggage. The bed which was supposedly a double bed was probably a three quarter bed.
Breakfast was pretty much as expected. Convenient location.
Fantastic bathroom, comfortable bed, all spotless.
Pressure poor in shower, kept stopping. Would have like a hairdryer. Expensive hotel.
